★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglierei alla signora con i capelli bianchi lunghi (non conosco il nome perché nessuno di loro ha il badge in vista) di lavorare da remoto perché con i clienti non è per nulla educata ed affabile.
 I would advise the lady with long white hair (I don't know the name because none of them have badges in sight) to work remotely because she is not at all polite and friendly with customers.

Non ci credo che non hanno il tempo di rispondere ad un telefono per dare informazioni.
È veramente vergognoso.
For days and days my partner tries to call but finds busy or they don't answer, it is not possible for a bank not to provide this service ....
I don't believe they don't have time to answer a phone to give information.
It is truly shameful.
