★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa in assoluto!!!ieri oltre mezz'ora per trovare un parcheggio per poi arrivare in banca,chiedere un'informazione ad una dipendente alquanto annoiata e sentirla pure parlare con il collega di turno dicendo che quella mattina l'avevano presa per un ufficio informazioni...ho aspettato il mio turno alla cassa,li un'altro impiegato decisamente scorbutico che mi da del "tu" come se fossimo vecchi amici...inveisce un po' di volte con la stampante sbattendo le carte...per non parlare della mancanza di professionalità e incompetenza con cui risponde ad alcune domande che gli faccio..
Cambio assolutamente Banca dopo questa esperienza allucinante...
Absolute negative experience !!! yesterday over half an hour to find a parking lot and then arrive at the bank, ask information to a rather bored employee and even hear her speak with the colleague on duty saying that that morning they had taken her for a information office ... I waited for my turn at the counter, there was another decidedly grumpy clerk who gave me "you" as if we were old friends ... he rails a few times with the printer, slamming the papers ... not to mention the lack of professionalism and incompetence with which he answers some questions I ask him ..
Absolutely change Bank after this hallucinatory experience ...
