★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale altamente incompetente e svogliato. Pessima esperienza anche con la direttrice. Sembra che il loro motto sia "lentezza e scortesia". Non hanno nemmeno la mail per poterli contattare o comunque comunicare con loro: in pratica per qualsiasi cosa tocca telefonare e comunque andare fisicamente in filiale, anche per cose di 2 secondi!. Troppo retrogradi... Tolto mutuo e conto corrente.
 Highly incompetent and listless staff. Very bad experience even with the manager. It seems that their motto is "slowness and rudeness". They don't even have the email to be able to contact them or in any case communicate with them: in practice, for whatever it is up to call and still physically go to the branch, even for things of 2 seconds !. Too retrograde ... Withdrawn mortgage and current account.
