Mesi di attese e ancora non sono in grado (o non ne hanno voglia) di procedere con pratiche basilari per un istituto bancario. Mai più in vita mi affiderò a una struttura simile. Bad experience, far from transparent. Months of waiting and still are unable (or unwilling) to proceed with basic practices for a banking institution. Never again in life will I rely on such a structure.

Gli sportelli bancomat molto spesso il fine settimana non funzionano....un paio di settimane fa ( prima di partire x le vacanze) dal venerdi fuori servizio fino al lunedi..... Ma la cosa più grave, in questo momento "difficile" per ben 3 volte nell'arco di breve tempo vado allo sportello e mi ritrovo la stessa signora che ha la mascherina "diciamo" non posizionata ..... La prima volta ho lasciato perdere, la seconda l'ho inviata a metterla e la terza idem prima..... In un ufficio pubblico, al chiuso e a contatto con l'utenza, mi sembra, che questo comportamento non sia una bella immagine per la banca stessa. Mi dispiace.....spero che le mie osservazioni servono per migliorare alcuni atteggiamenti e comportamenti. ATMs very often do not work on weekends .... a couple of weeks ago (before leaving for the holidays) from Friday out of service until Monday ..... But the most serious thing, in this "difficult" moment 3 times in a short time I go to the counter and I find myself the same lady who has the mask "let's say" not positioned ..... The first time I gave up, the second I sent it to put it and the third the same before ..... In a public office, indoors and in contact with users, it seems to me that this behavior is not a good image for the bank itself. I'm sorry ..... I hope my observations serve to improve some attitudes and behaviors.
