★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi arrivo al punto di scrivere questa recensione in quanto per una ennesima volta mi sono sentito maltrattato dalla mia banca, nello specifico chiedevo una informazione telefonica e mi hanno riagganciato il telefono per ben due volte. In passato si sono verificati altri casi ove ahimè hanno manifestato più volte la loro terribile arroganza inducendomi cosi a questa scelta di oggi; Ripeto si avverte molta arroganza e indisponibilità nei confronti dei clienti. Se avessi avuto la possibilità neanche una stella avrei messo. Mi auguro che questa mia recensione porti alla riflessione a una saggia riflessione dei responsabili.
 Today I get to the point of writing this review because for the umpteenth time I felt mistreated by my bank, specifically I asked for telephone information and they hung up the phone twice. In the past there have been other cases where, alas, they have repeatedly expressed their terrible arrogance, thus leading me to this choice today; I repeat you feel a lot of arrogance and unavailability to customers. If I had the chance I would not even put a star. I hope that my review will lead to the reflection of a wise reflection of those responsible.
