Il centralista persona cordiale dopo un paio di tentativi mi mette in contatto con l'interno della direzione. Parlo dunque con il direttore della filiare il Dott.S spiego in breve la mia esigenza e il direttore Sig.S mi da appuntamento per Lunedi 11/05/2020 ore 11.00. Lunedi mi reco in filiare ore 10.55 richiamo il Dott.S per comunicare il mio arrivo in filiare, faccio presente che fuori c'è una moltitudine di persone in coda ( in attesa per operazioni allo sportello ). La risposta del direttore: Appena arriva il suo turno può entrare!! - Mi domando a questo punto a cosa sia servito prendere un appuntamento?! Conclusione: Aspetto 45 min e vado via. The friendly person centralist after a couple of tries puts me in touch with the inside of the management. I speak therefore with the director of the filiare the Dott.S.S I explain in short my requirement and the manager Sig.S gives me appointment for Monday 11/05/2020 11.00 am. Monday I go to the branch at 10.55 am I call Dr. S to communicate my arrival at the branch, I point out that there are a multitude of people queuing outside (waiting for operations at the counter). The manager's answer: As soon as his turn comes, he can come in !! - I wonder at this point what was the use of making an appointment ?! Conclusion: I wait 45 minutes and go away.
