Lo sportello di prelievo Bancomat (ATM) è spesso fuori servizio e personalmente non mi è stata erogata la somma in contanti che avevo scelto di prelevare che è comunque stata scalata dalla mia carta. Assistenza PESSIMA, informazioni fornite poco chiare sulla procedura di rimborso. Dopo due settimane in cui non ho ricevuto notizie non sono ancora stata rimborsata per venir poi a sapere che necessitano di moduli di cui non mi avevano parlato dando come già risolta la situazione.
ALTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATA. ESPERIENZA PESSIMA.
I give a star because unfortunately there is no possibility of giving ZERO. The cash machine (ATM) is often out of service and personally I was not paid the amount in cash that I had chosen to withdraw which was still deducted from my card. BAD service, unclear information provided on the refund process. After two weeks in which I have not received any news, I have not yet been reimbursed to learn later that they need forms that they had not told me about giving the situation as already resolved.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. BAD EXPERIENCE.
