Mi sono recato alle ore 16.05 perché è l'unico orario in cui sono Libero per effettuare un semplicissimo versamento allo sportello automatico, mi è stato detto che la Banca era Ormai chiusa, quando in realtà l'orario di chiusura è alle 16.15.
Anche in altre occasioni mi sono trovato male ma questa mancata voglia di lavorare e L'arroganza dell'operatrice con la quale ho interagito hanno fatto in modo di farmi depositare questa recensione negativa da una stella; tutta meritata.
Bad and rude operators, inevitable not to leave a bad review.
I went at 16.05 because it is the only time in which I am Free to make a very simple payment at the ATM, I was told that the bank was now closed, when in reality the closing time is at 4.15 pm.
Also on other occasions I felt bad but this lack of desire to work and the arrogance of the operator with whom I interacted made sure to have this negative review deposited by a star; all deserved.
