★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allego immagine delle condizioni in cui ricevo tramite posta l'estratto trimestrale di Banca Carige. Lo sciagurato portalettere non inserisce del tutto il plico ma lo lascia fuoriuscire dalla cassetta per cui con la pioggia si bagna. Protesto col Direttore di filiale Banca Carige che ovviamente dice sempre che lui non può farci niente e che la responsabilità è di Poste Italiane. Banca Carige è talmente incompetente e incapace da non prevedere di inviare la posta in una busta meno ingombrante e di apporre una pellicola impermeabile a protezione della busta. Banca Carige mi addebita anche le spese postali. Cose da pazzi.
I enclose an image of the conditions in which I receive the quarterly extract from Banca Carige by post. The unfortunate postman does not insert the envelope completely but lets it come out of the box so that he gets wet in the rain. I protest to the Banca Carige branch manager who obviously always says that he can't do anything about it and that the responsibility lies with Poste Italiane. Banca Carige is so incompetent and incapable of not planning to send mail in a less bulky envelope and to affix a waterproof film to protect the envelope. Banca Carige also charges me for postage. Crazy things.
