★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasso fisso conveniente, ma non ti seguono. Ho dovuto disdire la surroga presso di loro in quanto se non li contattavo io non mi facevano sapere come stava procedendo la suddetta surroga. Capisco la mole di lavoro e il momento storico, ma ritengo inaccettabile come cliente sapere che mancano dei documenti solo quando chiedo come sta procedendo la transizione e dopo che sono passati 6 mesi dalla stipulazione della surroga.
Convenient fixed rate, but they don't follow you. I had to cancel the subrogation with them because if I did not contact them I would not let me know how the aforementioned subrogation was proceeding. I understand the amount of work and the historical moment, but I find it unacceptable as a client to know that documents are missing only when I ask how the transition is proceeding and after 6 months have passed since the stipulation of the subrogation.
