In mezza giornata ci hanno risolto una serie di problematiche, causate da un altro esercizio (incompetenti e completamente inaffidabili!!) in vista dell arrivo ormai imminente della nostra bimba. Siamo stati seguiti non solo in negozio ma anche oltre il loro orario, con messaggi e telefonate, per nulla dovute, con tutta la dolcezza e assistenza che qualsiasi cliente vorrebbe ricevere, soprattutto per un’occasione così bella e importante come la nascita di un figlio. Non solo ci hanno trovato subito la merce di cui avevamo bisogno ma lo hanno fatto in tempi rapidi e davvero inaspettati! GRAZIE!!! In half a day they solved a series of problems, caused by another exercise (incompetent and completely unreliable !!) in view of the imminent arrival of our child. We were followed not only in the shop but also beyond their hours, with messages and phone calls, for nothing, with all the sweetness and assistance that any customer would like to receive, especially for such a beautiful and important occasion as the birth of a child. . Not only did they immediately find the goods we needed, but they did it quickly and really unexpectedly! THANKS!!!

Noi siamo stati seguiti dalla signora Gianna che è stata preziosa per aiutarci a scegliere il passeggino/ovetto in base alle nostre esigenze evitandoci di sbagliare nella scelta. È la mia prima gravidanza quindi le idee erano molto confuse sulla scelta del passeggino giusto ma grazie a lei tutto è stato più chiaro e semplice. Oltre che essere impeccabile professionalmente è anche sempre impeccabile esteticamente: trucco, parrucco, abbigliamento e manicure. Una consulente perfetta. Così non è stato dopo, 6 mesi di attesa e continue promesse che il lettino sarebbe arrivato a breve abbiamo deciso ti cercare altrove dato che il parto è imminente. Ci è bastato contattare il Bamby prima infanzia per ricevere il lettino next to me forever chicco in meno di 24 ore ,direttamente a casa nostra. Consigliatissimo per professionalità, serietà e velocità. Ottimo e veloce soprattutto l'operatore del servizio mail clienti che ci ha seguiti. Very serious company / fast delivery / high professionalism We are a couple from Cesena (Romagna), we had booked in July 2021 the Chicco next to me forever bed in a Prenatal store, convinced that the name made the seriousness of a company. So it was not after, 6 months of waiting and constant promises that the bed would arrive shortly we decided to look elsewhere as the birth is imminent. It was enough for us to contact Bamby early childhood to receive the next to me forever chicco cot in less than 24 hours, directly to our home. Highly recommended for professionalism, seriousness and speed. Great and fast especially the customer mail service operator who followed us.
