In una città piccola come Siena riescono a confondere le ordinazioni consegnando a persone diverse materiale destinato ad altre - causando il caos ed il disappunto dei festeggiati, soprattutto in prossimità dell'evento. Anziché trovare delle soluzioni concrete ai disagi creati e, soprattutto, chiedere scusa, si ostinano a sostenere che la responsabilità è di chi ritira i pacchi (anche se chiusi) e non di chi li consegna. Ostentano la loro lunga esperienza (dicono 18 anni) ma che probabilmente si limita al semplice gonfiaggio dei palloncini. Shop discretely provided but staff absolutely not adequate. In a small city like Siena they manage to confuse the orders by handing out different materials to others - causing the chaos and disappointment of the celebrated, especially near the event. Instead of finding concrete solutions to the hardships created and, above all, apologizing, they persist in claiming that the responsibility lies with those who withdraw the parcels (even if they are closed) and not those who deliver them. They show off their long experience (they say 18 years) but that is probably limited to the simple inflating of the balloons.

For my son's 3rd birthday, I turned to Balloon Siena for the creation of a spideman-themed frame, and I must say that I was more than satisfied with their work. They far exceeded my expectations. I recommend this shop for the professionalism shown and above all for having dedicated so much attention to the smallest details. Very good!
