Il bambino è molto arrabbiato.. Grazie per i chiarimenti alla recensione. Questo significa che per la prima volta mi imbatto in un negozio in cui una qualità del servizio così bassa e una riluttanza ad accontentare le persone. .in altri negozi, i palloncini ordinati hanno volato molto più a lungo, apparentemente perché vogliono regalare emozioni piacevoli alle persone e non fare più soldi. Vi auguro più gentilezza, positivi , comprensivi e clienti leggeri. Negozio sconsigliato!!! By choosing this shop I ruined the party for my daughter, on September 24th I ordered 15 balloons, in the evening they started to deflate, and the next day they disappeared completely. This means that for the first time I come across a shop where such low quality of service and a reluctance to please people. .in other stores, the ordered balloons have flown much longer, apparently because they want to give people pleasant emotions and not make more money. Neppure chiede per chi sarebbe stata la consegna. Spero che tutti leggano la recensione e possano evitare questo negozio che ha comunque poca scelta e scarsa qualità. The owner who blocks people who place orders on WhatsApp by talking badly about other people is totally rude. Nor does he ask who the delivery would be for. Altri negozi accettano prenotazioni anche in giornata. Poi ci si lamenta che i negozi non lavorano...boh Virtually impossible 4 days in advance to book a delivery with 2 balloons to be delivered to an address 300 meters from the point of sale. I do not recommend it. Other shops also accept bookings on the same day. Then we complain that the shops don't work ... boh

Personale gentile e disponibile. I bought these 4 helium inflated balloons. After 3 days they are still perfectly tall and gorgeous. They cost € 2 each. Friendly and helpful staff.

Abbiamo scelto insieme la soluzione migliore e i loro consigli sono stati perfetti. Lavorano anche con altezza dei festeggiati in modo che la scenografia sia perfetta. Anche come tempistiche abbiamo dovuto rimandare per alcuni imprevisti e loro sempre a disposizione. Addirittura altre amiche le hanno contattate e hanno preparato tutto anche in 2 ore dall’ordine. E poi la qualità dei palloncini è ottima, ho ancora dopo 20 gg palloncini intatti! Io ormai ho trovato a chi rivolgermi per ogni festa che farò! A tutti voi che leggete, le straconsiglio! Grazie ragazze! The girls are super nice and available to any (and I mean any) need! We chose the best solution together and their advice was perfect. They also work with the height of the celebrated so that the scenography is perfect. Also in terms of timing we had to postpone for some unexpected events and they are always available. Even other friends contacted them and prepared everything even within 2 hours of placing the order. And then the quality of the balloons is excellent, I still have intact balloons after 20 days!
