★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato 2 anni di seguito per delle manutenzioni alla caldaia(dal 2017) e aver speso 400€ sempre per lo stesso problema, adesso richiamato dopo 10 mesi per l'ennesima volta solito problema, prendo appuntamento, prendo un permesso da lavoro e non si presentano! Alla mia chiamata capisco palesemente che se ne erano dimenticati! Scoperto successivamente che non è stata mai fatta manutenzione né reset caldaia! Non mi dilungo sulle opinioni personali perché potrei solo sfociare in blasfemia! Sul prodotto non discuto! Ma sulla professionalità e onestà non si può transigere! Stop!
 Called 2 years in a row for boiler maintenance (from 2017) and having spent € 400 always for the same problem, now recalled after 10 months for the umpteenth time usual problem, I make an appointment, take a work permit and they do not show up ! At my call I clearly understand that they had forgotten about it! I later discovered that no maintenance or boiler reset was ever done! I don't dwell on personal opinions because it could only lead to blasphemy! I do not argue about the product! But we cannot compromise on professionalism and honesty! Stop!
