La sig.ra con tono scocciato, mi dice che non da prezzi per telefono e di fare una richiesta tramite mail. Scrivo la mail e non ricevo nessuna risposta. La ricontatto telefonicamente dopo oltre una settimana e la stessa mi dice che se voglio sapere il prezzo del prodotto devo recarmi in negozio!
Educazione, cortesia e coerenza: inesistenti!

I contact the company by phone and I am answered by a certain Mrs. Claudia, to whom I ask the price of a box. Ms with annoyed tone, tells me that she does not give prices over the phone and to make a request by mail. I write the email and I don't receive any reply. I contact her by phone after more than a week and she tells me that if I want to know the price of the product I have to go to the store!
Education, courtesy and consistency: nonexistent!
Professionalism: ZERO!
