★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non sono rimasto per nulla soddisfatto. Il montaggio affidato a persone frettolose e non precise senza protezioni in piedi sulla ringhiera a rischio caduta.Mi hanno montato 2 volte il pannello per errori facendomi perdere 3 mattinate . Tenda come tante viste dalla concorrenza.
 Unfortunately I was not satisfied at all. The assembly entrusted to hasty and inaccurate people without protections standing on the railing at risk of falling. They mounted the panel twice for errors, making me miss 3 mornings. Tent like so many views from the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo avere già acquistato ed installato n°3 tende qualche anno fa, ho richiesto ed ottenuto un preventivo dal tecnico per una quarta tenda, come da accordi chiamo per confermare l'ordine e mi viene chiesto di mandare una mail. Mandata mail, mi richiamano chiedendo di passare in negozio per formalizzare . . . . .
In negozio richiedono pagamento totale 100% in anticipo. Mi rifiuto e verso il 40% . . . . . . . Scarsissima professionalità soprattutto nei confronti di un "vecchio" cliente.

In the shop require 100% total payment in advance. I refuse and around 40%. . . . . . . Very poor professionalism especially towards an "old" client.

Dall'accettazione del preventivo alla posa è intercorso il tempo tecnico dell'arrivo del materiale e della realizzazione, in tutto una ventina di giorni. Sono molto soddisfatta, sia per la qualità del prodotto, che dall'assistenza ricevuta. Vorrei evidenziare anche l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ho sostituito il rullo interno del salotto da filtrante a coprente e mi hanno fatto la manutenzione del rullo esterno del porticato (ben 6 metri di rullo !!).
Baldeschi per noi è un punto di riferimento per qualità e ... simpatia !!
Thanks to Clara, her mother and the super technicians who, as always, worked with precision and professionalism.
I replaced the internal roller of the living room from filtering to covering and they did the maintenance of the external roller of the porch (a good 6 meters of roller !!).
Baldeschi for us is a point of reference for quality and ... sympathy !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo accurato confronto svolto fra diversi fornitori, abbiamo scelto di acquistare dall'azienda Baldeschi tende a rullo estate/inverno per 2 ampie balconate e una pergotenda Corradi per il terrazzo del nostro appartamento. La Sig.ra Clara ha saputo identificare le nostre esigenze guidandoci nelle scelte, fornendoci soluzioni e consigli preziosi e spiegandoci nel dettaglio le caratteristiche dei prodotti proposti e della relativa posa.
Sottolineo inoltre l'alta professionalità e cortesia dimostrate da tutti i componenti dello staff, i quali sono stati molto accurati e rapidi anche nella fase di installazione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e di certo torneremo a rivolgerci all'azienda Baldeschi per eventuali future esigenze. Alla luce della nostra esperienza, consigliamo caldamente la Ditta Baldeschi.
After careful comparison between different suppliers, we have chosen to purchase summer / winter roller blinds for 2 large balconies and a Corradi pergola for the terrace of our apartment from the Baldeschi company. Mrs. Clara was able to identify our needs by guiding us in our choices, providing us with valuable solutions and advice and explaining in detail the characteristics of the proposed products and their installation.
I also underline the high professionalism and courtesy shown by all the staff members, who were very accurate and quick even in the installation phase. We found ourselves very well and we will certainly return to contact the Baldeschi company for any future needs. In the light of our experience, we highly recommend the Baldeschi Company.
