★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato uno slitino e l'abbiamo riportato indietro dopo 5 Min perché il bimbo non lo voleva e non ci hanno voluto restituire neppure una parte del costoso noleggio.
We hired a sled and brought it back after 5 min because the baby didn't want it and they didn't want to give us back even a part of the expensive rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, chiamato per chiedere informazioni riguardante il noleggio di una determinata tipologia di bici, ci hanno risposto con un tono molto sgarbato ed insolente. Indirizzati tramite (funactive.rent) che ci aveva assicurato l'esistenza di molteplici bici di quella categoria siamo arrivati e naturalmente non esistevano neanche, per poi scoprire che il numero chiamato, che era sotto la voce"Tarvisio", in realtà era un centralino che rispondeva per un noleggio bici a Dobbiaco. Non posso fare altro che sconsigliarvelo se non altro per l'assenza di gentilezza del proprietario del negozio in via Roma 59 e per la disorganizzazione presente sul sito funactive.rent . Fortemente sconsigliato.
Bad experience, called to ask for information regarding the rental of a certain type of bike, they replied with a very rude and insolent tone. Addressed via (funactive.rent) who had assured us the existence of multiple bikes of that category, we arrived and of course they didn't even exist, only to discover that the number called, which was under the heading "Tarvisio", was actually a switchboard who responded for a bike rental in Dobbiaco. I can not help but advise against it if only for the lack of kindness of the shop owner in via Roma 59 and for the disorganization present on the funactive.rent website. Strongly not recommended.

Complimenti ad Andrea de La Dogana, persona molto preparata e rispettosa, la mia compagna ha noleggiato più volte una bellissima eBike Bottecchia, praticamente nuova, e si è trovata benissimo per tutta la settimana. Very good bike rental service, extreme kindness and speed at very affordable prices. Congratulations to Andrea de La Dogana, a very prepared and respectful person, my partner has rented a beautiful Bottecchia eBike several times, practically new, and she had a great time for the whole week.
