Tutti bravissimi e sono uscita da lì esattamente con il biondo che desiderano ( non giallo ne bianco) e con la lunghezza che desideravo. I capelli sono sani e non assolutamente bruciati dalle decolorazioni come invece è capitato in altri saloni. Il personale è tutto molto gentile e cordiale e ti senti subito a tuo agio. All very good and I came out of there with exactly the blonde they want (not yellow or white) and with the length I wanted. The hair is healthy and absolutely not burnt by bleaching as it has happened in other salons. The staff are all very nice and friendly and you immediately feel at ease. Thanks ❤️

Sono una di quelle donne che si affida tanto per tagli, colori e sono stata sempre super soddisfatta . Professionalità, bravura e , soprattutto, conoscenza della cliente. Tutto questo, che non è poco, sempre con sorriso , cordialità e simpatia . Tutti bravissimi e tutti pezzi di cuore (Carlo, Roberto, Alessandro.... ) e poi ci sono Samuel e Genny che sono la sicurezza di Balato Vomero. Insomma li consiglio a tutti! m	martina gnerre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo dagli aspetti negativi. BALATO, “entri come sei, esci come vuoi”. È questo lo slogan che ovunque puoi leggere nel salone BALATO Duomo, Napoli. Ero entrata in negozio chiedono dei riflessi marrone caldo, inizialmente ero soddisfatta. Purtroppo però dopo circa un’ora, come potete vedere da questa foto, i miei capelli hanno assunto sfumature più tendenti al violaceo (in ogni caso avevo mostrato una foto trovata sul loro feed di Instagram come esempio, ovviamente non era questo il colore che desideravo). Non c’è una sola persona che mi ha seguito, ma funziona tipo catena di montaggio. Un primo ragazzo mi ha applicato il colore, un altro ha lavato i capelli, un altro ancora me li ha tagliati e un’altro me li ha fonati. Tutto questo processo è avvenuto in cinque/ sei postazioni diverse. Insomma, non è stato certamente rilassante. In aggiunta a questo, non accettano bancomat. Ero stata in questo salone anche nel 2018, e anche all’ora ricordo che mi fecero storie per pagare con il POS. Lati positivi: Sono rimasta invece soddisfatta del taglio Paradise e della piega ondulata. Ho apprezzato anche la velocità e l’organizzazione del servizio. Alcuni ragazzi sono davvero molto bravi. There is not a single person who followed me, but it works like an assembly line. The first boy applied color to me, another washed my hair, another cut it and another blown it for me. This whole process took place in five / six different locations. In short, it was certainly not relaxing. In addition to this, they don't accept ATMs. I had also been to this salon in 2018, and even then I remember that they made a fuss about paying with the POS. Positive sides: On the other hand, I was satisfied with the Paradise cut and the wavy crease. I also appreciated the speed and organization of the service. Some guys are really very good. But I will not go back.

And OMG the results are absolutley increadible! Love it and the staff was so nice and understanding with me not speaking italian. Would defently recommend going here!
