★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'istruttrice è davvero brava segue ognuno in base alle proprie esigenze e ti fa fare l' esercizio come dev'essere fatto non ti lascia mai allo sbaraglio. La consiglio a tutti!!
The instructor is really good, she follows each one according to her needs and makes you do the exercise as it should be done, she never leaves you in jeopardy. I recommend it to everyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In vita mia ho fatto solo nuoto. Su consiglio di un'amica sono entrata nella palestra di Barbara, Bakhita, che è diventa la mia seconda casa e il Power Yoga la mia più grande passione! Non avrei mai lasciato il nuoto per un sport che non mi appassionasse nello stesso modo.
Non è il classico yoga, ma è energia, forza ed equilibrio.
In più adoro Barbara, è una persona genuina oltre che essere uno spasso, ma anche molto preparata e professionale.

I've only been swimming in my life. On the advice of a friend, I entered Barbara's gym, Bakhita, which has become my second home and Power Yoga my greatest passion! I would never have left swimming for a sport that didn't thrill me in the same way.
It is not classic yoga, but it is energy, strength and balance.
In addition I love Barbara, she is a genuine person as well as being a fun, but also very prepared and professional.
