★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Focaccia Rizzoli è un istituzione, difficile cogliere le sfumature nei sapori intercorse negli anni, ricordando le mie esperienze di bambino, adolescente e adulto sono comunque rimasto sempre soddisfatto del prodotto quanto del servizio. Indubbia la qualità e la genuinità, molto tradizionale e decisamente superiore, sempre raccomandato e mai pentito, forse tra gli ultimi baluardi rimasti considerando la sempre più massiccia presenza di catene e forni industriali.
 La Focaccia Rizzoli is an institution, difficult to grasp the nuances in the flavors that have taken place over the years, remembering my experiences as a child, teenager and adult, I was always satisfied with the product as much as with the service. Undoubtedly the quality and authenticity, very traditional and decidedly superior, always recommended and never regretted, perhaps among the last bulwarks left considering the increasingly massive presence of chains and industrial ovens.

I did not think I ordered a focaccia to be stuffed instead of a focaccia ... the Genoese focaccia has little, the taste after all was pleasant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Focaccia in tutte le varianti, triangolo, focaccia croccante SUPER, ospite per una settimana in zona, tappa fissa ogni giorno!!! Ma... Il giorno della partenza ne facciamo una scorta per noi e da regalare ed è risultata tutta, ma proprio tutta SALATA, quasi immangiabile!!
Peccato perché di stelle ne avrebbe meritate 6.
Focaccia in all variants, triangle, SUPER crunchy focaccia, guest for a week in the area, fixed stop every day !!! But ... On the day of departure we make a stock of it for us and give it away and it turned out all, really all SALTY, almost inedible !!
Too bad because he deserved 6 stars.

di qualità lavorate con cura e sapienza producono
triangoli di focaccia molto famosi anche in Emilia e
torta d’erbi, di patate e pasqualina di rara bontà.
Un forno che è un piccolo paradiso di gusto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so lucky to stumble upon this bakery on our way to another eatery. The kindest owners welcomed us like we were family. They offered some bread to our little one and took their time to help us out. Their traditional triangular focaccia was delicious, I got a warm and a bit crispier bite and I loved it. The focaccia with local olives was also very very good. We also treated ourselves to a delicious shortbread cookie with jam! Located a couple of hundred meters away from central station, cash only (luckily there is an ATM down the street!)
