★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato due stelle perché la focaccia a volte è ottima, croccante in superficie e morbida dentro, bella unta e saporita; altre volte è asciutta, insipida, " panosa". Capisco che il panettiere non può essere sempre lo stesso, avranno tanti dipendenti che fanno i turni, ma se si capita del giorno ' sbagliato' si porta a casa un prodotto scadente.
I gave two stars because the focaccia is sometimes excellent, crunchy on the surface and soft inside, nice greasy and tasty; at other times it is dry, insipid, "pany". I understand that the baker cannot always be the same, they will have many employees who work shifts, but if it happens to the 'wrong' day, he brings home a poor product.
