Invece sono molto contenta di affermare che la mia sensazione era sbagliata. La pasticceria è davvero molto buona e la materia prima utilizzata di qualità. Pulizia sempre impeccabile e dolci la fine del mondo. Per via del covid a volte capita di dover aspettare un paio di minuti prima di essere serviti, ma è segno che hanno tanto lavoro, quindi la riprova del loro impegno e buona qualità. Ottimo. Excellent pastry-bar. Employees and owner are all polite, kind people who know how to do their job. Always impeccable cleaning and sweets the end of the world. Because of the covid, it sometimes happens that you have to wait a couple of minutes before being served, but it is a sign that they have a lot of work, therefore proof of their commitment and good quality. Il locale si presenta bene.. accogliente e ben curato. La pasticceria ben assortita, ma noi abbiamo fatto colazione. La brioche riempita al momento era impeccabile. L’attenzione al cliente però non è ne delle più calorose ne delle più attente. Quando ho fatto notare alla ragazza che ci fa servito che i cappuccini erano privi di schiuma, al posto di scusarsi si è limitata a risponderci: “il cappuccino è così, a volte la schiuma viene a volte no!” Inaudita la risposta. Dopo averlo fatto presente alla cassiera, non ha saputo come rispondere. Un consiglio ai titolari, avete posto magnifico... controllate l’operato dei dipendenti che gestiscono il vostro patrimonio. Lo consiglio! ? Bakery art in my opinion is the pastry shop that has by far the best croissants in Agropoli, friendly helpful staff, that is to say, even the aperitif at the top. I advise! ?

Ho ordinato una torta di compleanno, mostrando una foto come riferimento e chiedendo fosse fatta il più uguale possibile e invece mi si è presentato davanti un lavoro davvero pessimo. Doveva essere realizzato un semplice rivestimento in panna/crema al burro bianca, un "arcobaleno" al centro e una scritta. Il risultato è stato: il pan di spagna che spunta fuori dalla panna su tutti i lati, la crema bianca sporca in più punti di colorante, l'arcobaleno completamente disastrato, con i colori sparsi tra loro, e la scritta (decentrata e macchiata anche questa di panna) completamente diversa da quella chiesta perchè quest'ultima "non ci stava bene" (non è stato neanche chiesto se la modifica effettuata andasse bene). Abbiamo chiamato per comunicare tutto ciò e la risposta è stata "non abbiamo la fotocopiatrice, ognuno ha la sua manualità": se avessi voluto quella manualità la torta l'avrei fatta da sola a casa, senza esperienza, non avrei speso più di 50€ in pasticceria, dove ci si aspetta come minimo un lavoro pulito e presentabile, oltre che un po' di professionalità. Bad. I ordered a birthday cake, showing a photo for reference and asking for it to be made as the same as possible and instead a really bad job came up in front of me. A simple cream / white buttercream coating had to be made, a "rainbow" in the center and an inscription. The result was: the sponge cake sticking out of the cream on all sides, the dirty white cream in several dye spots, the rainbow completely destroyed, with the colors scattered between them, and the writing (off-center and stained also this one made of cream) completely different from the one requested because the latter "did not suit us" (it was not even asked if the modification made was good). We called to communicate all this and the answer was "we don't have a photocopier, everyone has their own manual skills": if I had wanted that manual skill, I would have made the cake myself at home, without experience, I would not have spent more than € 50 in pastry shops, where at least a clean and presentable job is expected, as well as a little professionalism.
