★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind spät am Tag noch zur Hütte gekommen und uns wurde trotz Küchenschluss nochmal der Herd angeschmissen und Kaiserschmarn gemacht. Der hat uns nach einer langen Tour sehr geschmeckt. Freundliche und gut gelaunte Bedienung. So funktioniert Dienstleistung.
 Came to the hut late in the day and despite the kitchen closing, the stove was turned on again and Kaiserschmarn was made. We liked it very much after a long tour. Friendly and cheerful service. This is how service works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von der Kölner Hütte aus erreichten wir über die Wege 549, dann 552 und schließlich Weg 6A die Maserèhütte. Dort angekommen hatten wir einen fantastischen Rundumsicht. Gleich nach dem Platznehmen wurden wir freundlich vom Personal begrüßt und unsere Bestellung unkompliziert aufgenommen.
Der frische Apfelstrudel ist immer eine Empfehlung. Aber auch die anderen Speisen erfreuen den Gaumen nach jeder Wanderung. Das passende Getränk dazu findet sich immer. Also alles in allem, ein tolles Angebot und das zu moderaten Preisen. Probiert es aus und lasst euch überraschen.
Den selben Weg zurück braucht ihr nicht zu gehen. Schöner ist es dann abwärts über Weg 1A über Kaiserstein - Ochsenhütte und weiter zur Frommeralm, was unser Ausgangspunkt war.

From the Kölner Hütte we reached the Maserèhütte via paths 549, then 552 and finally path 6A. Once there, we had a fantastic all-round view. Immediately after taking a seat, we were greeted in a friendly manner by the staff and our order was easily taken.
The fresh apple strudel is always a recommendation. But the other dishes also delight the palate after every hike. The right drink can always be found. So all in all, a great offer and at moderate prices. Try it out and be surprised.
You don't have to go the same way back. It is nicer then downhill via path 1A via Kaiserstein - Ochsenhütte and on to the Frommeralm, which was our starting point.

Went there for 2 consecutive days and had a good meal. Food good, service friendly and accommodating.
