Praticamente 25€ per un noleggio lettini e ombrellone?!? Non-existent customer service: despite being well indicated on the site, they do not respond either by email or by WhatsApp. Bar absent. Practically € 25 for a sun lounger and umbrella rental?!?

I servizi offerti oltre all'ombrellone ed i lettini sono solamente una canoa trasparente e una tavola da surf trasparente (che si affittano ad un costo dedicato). Non c'è il bar (è presente in alta stagione un Food Truck a 5 minuti a piedi sulla strada). Il bagno è "quello chimico". Lido rustic bathhouse. Fair price for what it offers. The services offered in addition to the umbrella and the sunbeds are only a transparent canoe and a transparent surfboard (which can be rented at a dedicated cost). There is no bar (there is a Food Truck 5 minutes walk up the road in high season). The bathroom is "the chemical one".

Costo esorbitante se si considera un ombrellone e due lettini. No docce. Bagno chimico a 300 mt. No punto ristoro. Tanto vale usare la spiaggia libera li accanto! Lido set in a beautiful area. My low rating is based solely on the price / service ratio offered. Exorbitant cost if you consider an umbrella and two sunbeds. No showers. Chemical toilet at 300 meters. No refreshment point. We might as well use the free beach next door!

Siamo arrivati al lido e ci siamo resi conto che non offriva nessun tipo di servizio al di là di ombrellone e sdraio. Servizi igienici inesistenti, docce inesistenti, niente bar quindi niente acqua, niente cestini dei rifiuti. A mezzogiorno abbiamo deciso di andar via anche perché il mare era mosso e pieno di alghe, ci è stato riferito che avremmo dovuto lasciare un effetto personale sulle sdraio nonostante sia presente un cartello che indica l'esatto contrario, invitando ad avvisare semplicemente il personale. Inaccettabile. Abbiamo richiesto tramite mail il rimborso per un servizio che non è presente e dopo quasi una settimana non ha risposto nessuno. We booked online from the lido website attracted by the photos they offer. Payment is in advance. We arrived at the beach and we realized that it did not offer any type of service beyond umbrella and deck chairs. Non-existent toilets, non-existent showers, no bars so no water, no waste bins. At noon we decided to leave also because the sea was rough and full of algae, we were told that we should have left a personal effect on the deck chairs despite the fact that there is a sign indicating the exact opposite, inviting to simply notify the staff. Unacceptable. We requested a refund by e-mail for a service that is not present and after almost a week no one replied.
