Servizio affidabile, sicuro e comodissimo in una delle più belle vie nel pieno centro di Napoli. Consigliatissimo! Sometimes, appearances can be deceiving! The deposit is inside an old and shabby courtyard but the kindness is certainly at home. Reliable, safe and convenient service in one of the most beautiful streets in the center of Naples. Highly recommended!

Siamo stati in un b&b in pieno centro a due passi, abbiamo trovato il numero del deposito e chiamando è arrivato un signore ad aprirci il deposito e ha preso i nostri zaini, e fin qui tutto bene. Il problema è arrivato quando dovevamo ritirarli: abbiamo chiamato i numeri come minimo 15 volte (senza scherzare) perché dovevamo prendere il treno a Garibaldi per tornare a casa pochi minuti dopo, ma zero risposta. Una volta montato il panico abbiamo chiesto ad un vicino delle informazioni e dopo varie sollecitazioni da parte sua è sceso un altro signore dai piani alti del palazzo (visibilmente scazzato) per venirci ad aprire. Abbiamo fatto una corsa per poter prendere il treno e per fortuna ce l'abbiamo fatta. Dopo circa 2-3 ore è arrivato il messaggio di scuse da parte dei veri gestori del deposito, ma sono valse a poco.. Magari sarà stata una giornata storta, però è stata una pessima esperienza. Se avete del tempo da perdere e non avete fretta può andare, ma se siete di fretta lo sconsiglio caldamente. I'm also a little sorry to say it but it was a bad experience .. We stayed in a b & b in the center of town just a stone's throw away, we found the depot number and calling a gentleman came to open the depot for us and took our backpacks, and so far so good. The problem came when we had to collect them: we called the numbers at least 15 times (without joking) because we had to take the train to Garibaldi to go home a few minutes later, but no answer. Once the panic mounted, we asked a neighbor for information and after various requests from him, another gentleman came down from the upper floors of the building (visibly scazzato) to come and open us. We made a run to be able to catch the train and luckily we made it. After about 2-3 hours the apology message arrived from the real managers of the warehouse, but they were worth little. It may have been a bad day, but it was a bad experience. If you have time to waste and you are not in a hurry, you can go, but if you are in a hurry I strongly advise against it.

Arrivati a prendere i nostri bagagli abbiamo trovato chiuso ma chiamando in due minuti esatti é venuta ad aprirci. Davvero consigliato!!! A very kind and helpful girl. The place is located in the center of Naples and opened on Sundays as well. The place is with security door. Arrived to take our bags we found closed but calling in exactly two minutes came to open us. Really recommended !!!

I ragazzi sono cordiali e disponibili, il deposito bagagli è in pieno centro storico, da lì ci si sposta ovunque facilmente a piedi ed è vicino a tutte le linee metropolitane. Lo consiglio per restare senza il peso dei bagagli e poter vivere Napoli fino agli ultimi istanti prima della partenza. Consigliatissimo! A comfortable, safe and useful service to enjoy the city without the stress of luggage! Located in the heart of the city, a great idea. The guys are friendly and helpful, the luggage storage is in the historic center, from there you can easily move anywhere on foot and it is close to all subway lines. I recommend it to stay without the weight of luggage and to be able to experience Naples until the last moments before departure. Highly recommended!

Situato in pieno centro storico e per questo comodissimo per lasciare i bagagli e girare comodamente tra le vie storiche e i monumenti senza ingombro. Available and punctual. And came back in 5mins from when I messaged when I was ready to pick up. Good value - cheaper than airport for the whole day. And central just off the tourist Christmas Lane in Naples. Would recommend.
