Dopo circa 15mesi il mobile si è scollato dal suo rivestimento (e si sono rotti 2 pistoni dei cassetti). Fatta presente la cosa al rivenditore, venivo contattato dal rappresentante della azienda produttrice che dopo un sopralluogo, giungeva alla conclusione che il mobile (lavabo bagno con lavandino) si era ridotto così a colpa dell'acqua e che quindi era colpa nostra che ci lavavamo faccia e denti (ma pensa un po'..). Dopo uno scambio di mail giungiamo all'accordo che mi sarei accollato una parte della spesa per la sostituzione di quest'ultimo, peccato però che il rivenditore non si sia mai fatto più sentire. Può succedere che un mobile (che è un'arte fatto) possa nascere difettoso, ridicolizzare la situazione però mi e sembrato poco serio oltretutto la "fuga" del rivenditore lo è stato ancor di più. Risolto il problema con un mastrofalegname il quale mi confermava che il mobile è stato prodotto male!! We bought a bathroom cabinet at this retailer. After about 15 months the piece of furniture has detached itself from its covering (and 2 drawers of the drawers have broken). Given the thing to the retailer, I was contacted by the representative of the company that after an inspection, came to the conclusion that the cabinet (sink bathroom with sink) had reduced so to blame water and that it was our fault that we washed face and teeth (but think a little ..). After an exchange of emails we arrive at the agreement that I would have taken part of the expense for the replacement of the latter, but it is a pity that the dealer has never been heard again. It may happen that a piece of furniture (which is an art made) can be born faulty, ridicule the situation but it seemed to me a little serious, moreover, the "escape" of the dealer was even more so. Fixed the problem with a mastrofalegname which confirmed to me that the furniture was badly produced !!
