★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci sono 0 stelle altrimenti sarebbero strameritate. Di una arroganza e maleducazione unica. Si fanno pagare per un ombrellone in 3 fila e dopo ti dicono che non è disponibile. Con due bimbi ci sistemavano alla fine del Lido. Con le buone maniere si sono rifiutati di rimborsare, con quelle cattive lo hanno fatto subito. C'erano almeno altre 10 persone che lamentavano questa situazione, quindi credo sia una loro abitudine. Veegogna
 There are no 0 stars otherwise they would be deserved. Of a unique arrogance and rudeness. They charge for a 3 row umbrella and then tell you it's not available. With two children they placed us at the end of the Lido. With good manners they refused to pay back, with bad manners they did it right away. There were at least 10 other people complaining about this situation, so I think it's their habit. Veegogna
