Honestly I would have put three and a half stars but as tradition dictates, on Easter Monday everyone is better. Let me explain. Let's start from the factory, you can see that it is recently built, modern, minimalist but elegant. It is the classic place where you can show off an LV scarf, think about it yourself. The menu, including appetizers, various tartare, first and second courses is very wide, has more than the canonical two pages that usually have the menus of restaurants / establishments. The quality of the courses is indisputable, the wickedness arose between the first and the second course: the wait for the second course lasted well over 3600 seconds, think about yourself a little. I think it was a clumsy misunderstanding between the waiter and the kitchen due, I hope, to the frenzy of the very recent opening, the fact is that if we did not solicit the staff - in any case always polite - probably now we were still waiting for the much-invoked plate of passatelli . Positive note, the refill of the bread basket takes place automatically without asking, apparently, indefinitely. The golden spoons provided for the dessert resemble those purchased until a few weeks ago at LIDL. The bill was a little salty, certainly more than the caramel of the pistachio cup of the dessert, a figure between 45 and 47 euros each, think about it a little about yourself.
