★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Livello di professionalità bassissimo, noncuranza delle esigenze del cliente, La peggiore manicure mai avuta, la ragazza mi ha anche tagliato con la lima e dopo 3 giorni 5 unghie si sono rotte CINQUE!!!!! Fatto presente a quello che presumo sia stato il proprietario, mi è stato risposto "torna ci tengo, ti mando da una brava" beh avrei voluto averla prima una onicotecnica per lo meno decente! Da evitare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio una lampada doccia 3 giorni fa, mi viene detto di usare la crema solo sul viso. Risultato: ustione grave su tutto il corpo, ancora oggi faccio fatica ad appoggiarmi.
Premetto che non sono esperto di lampade, però mi sarei aspettato più professionalità dal centro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una pulizia del viso per la prima volta in questo centro, arrivo e mi si dice che è stata invertita la mia prenotazione per un taglio/piega/ripresa colore.
Ho aspettato l’estetista 40 minuti senza lamentarmi, può succedere.
Dopo tanta attesa la ragazza inizia il trattamento cercando insistentemente di vendermi i loro struccanti/ creme per il viso.
Arrivata ad una certa arriva un’altra estetista per darle il cambio.
La seconda estetista sulla 50ina di anni ha iniziato a guardarmi il viso… dicendomi testuali parole: “è incredibile che alla tua età hai il viso tutto rovinato, se vuoi una pelle perfetta ti voglio qua almeno una volta al mese”
(premetto che ho 21 anni)
Ha continuato per tutto il trattamento di propormi prodotti che secondo lei avrei dovuto usare assolutamente per curare il mio problema.
Il problema è che nonostante gli avessi detto più volte che non ero interessata ai loro prodotti (anche perché i prezzi sono salatissimi) ha continuato con insistenza, LA COSA MI HA INFASTIDITO MOLTO.
Una donna/ una ragazza va dall’estetista anche per prendersi un momento di relax, cosa che non è successa DALL’INIZIO ALLA FINE.
Da quel momento non sono più tornata, e penso che non tornerò più per nessun tipo di trattamento.
Ricordatevi che il cliente se ha bisogno di un articolo lo chiede!!
Non c’è bisogno di esasperarlo per tutto il tempo. PASSO E CHIUDO ??

She continued throughout the treatment to offer me products that she thought I should absolutely use to cure my problem.
The problem is that despite having told him several times that I was not interested in their products (also because the prices are very high) he continued persistently, THE THING BADED ME VERY MUCH.

I have not been back since, and I think I will never come back for any kind of treatment.
