D	DAVIDE CAGLIANI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pochi giorni fa abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel San Giorgio e ci siamo recati nello stabilimento balneare convenzionato "il bagno Denis". Esperienza da dimenticare: ombrellone e sdraio assegnate il giorno prima e scomparse il giorno seguente, nel senso che la proprietaria li assegnava a qualcun altro a nostra insaputa. Oltre all'imbarazzo di trovare altre persone al tuo riferimento, dovevi discutere/litigare colla direzione per fartene attribuire un altro (già incluso nel servizio/ prezzo dell'hotel). Oltre al fatto che, manca animazione, musica, intrattenimento.....che negli anni scorsi abbiamo trovato in stabilimenti balneari (poco più a sud) sempre della Romagna. E per ultimo la chicca: i cani non hanno un'area delimitata e vengono posizionati sotto le sdraio dei clienti in ultima fila, peccato sia vicino al passaggio della gente; tanto che, senza motivo, sono stato graffiato con le zampe da un cane di una cliente e dopo avere fatto presente la questione alla direzione mi hanno semplicemente risposto che avrebbero chiesto alla proprietaria dell'animale di mettere la museruola.....indecente! Lo sconsiglio vivamente!!!! A few days ago we stayed at the San Giorgio hotel and went to the affiliated bathing establishment "il bagno Denis". And lastly the gem: the dogs do not have a delimited area and are placed under the deckchairs of the customers in the last row, too bad it is close to the passage of people; so much so that, for no reason, I was scratched with the paws by a dog of a customer and after having reported the matter to the management they simply replied that they would have asked the owner of the animal to put a muzzle ..... indecent! I strongly advise against it !!!!

Comme j ai déjà lu je met une étoile car on peut pas mettre zéro. Je n y aurais jamais mis les pieds en tant normal. La structure est aussi vielle que la propriétaire qui ferait mieux de prendre sa pension car elle n a plus rien a faire là. Nous n étions pas au courant qu il fallait se présenter a l'accueil avant de s'installer. La propriétaire nous a vu et est venue nous hurler dessus en nous demandant notre numéro. J ai jamais vu ça. persone ne m a jamais parlé comme ça ds un établissement. Elle m a demandé de la suivre pour m attribuer un numéro. Il était 17h a elle m a demandé de changer de place directement. J ai refuse. La plage était vide mais elle m a dit que pour notre siège c était un supplément alors qu il était a 5 m re celui attribué sans rien de plus. Je penses que sans accord avec les hôtel il ne y aurait personne . Ne parlons pas des boissons cher et ridicule.alors qu en dans d bagno à côtéc'est moins cher et mieux servi. ABref même gratuit je redlechirais avant d aller éviter a tout prix Stay in September 2021, the location was free as it was included in the Ambasciatori hotel package. As I have already read I put a star because we cannot put zero. I would never have set foot there as normal. The structure is as old as the owner who had better take her pension because she has nothing more to do there. We were not aware that we had to go to reception before settling in. The owner saw us and came yelling at us and asking for our number. I never saw that. nobody has ever spoken to me like that in an establishment. She asked me to follow her to give me a number. It was 5 p.m. and she asked me to change places directly. I refused. The beach was empty but she told me that for our seat it was an extra while it was 5 m from the one allocated with nothing more. I think that without an agreement with the hotel there would be no one. Let's not talk about the expensive and ridiculous drinks. Whereas in a bagno next door it is cheaper and better served. Anyway, even free, I would think twice before going avoid at all costs
E	Elisa Cagnoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili e attenti alle nostre esigenze, essendo incinta hanno cercato di darci un ombrellone comodo e vicino al mare. Ha sia doccia fredda che doccia calda. Consigliato! Very kind and attentive to our needs, being pregnant they tried to give us a comfortable umbrella near the sea. It has both cold and hot showers. Recommended!

Siamo stati letteralmente sbattuti all'ultima fila con lettini vecchi e ombrelloni strappati (vedi foto) la proprietaria dalla discutibile igiene personale ha più volte provato ad offrirci una posizione migliore che un sovrapprezzo. (Servizio spiaggia compreso nel pacchetto hotel). Non posso giudicare il cibo perché ho preferito non consumare alimenti, vista la latente pulizia. Sicuramente non ci tornerò, nemmeno a gratis. Obviously my experience dates back to last summer. We happened upon it as guests of the hotel opposite. We were literally thrown to the last row with old sunbeds and torn umbrellas (see photo) the owner with questionable personal hygiene has repeatedly tried to offer us a better position than an extra charge. (Beach service included in the hotel package). I cannot judge the food because I preferred not to consume food, given the latent cleanliness. I will definitely not go back, not even for free.

Non c'era nessuno ma propio nessuno e un giorno ho preso una sdraio in piu, dopo poco la proprietaria ha detto in malomodo di rimetterla a posto perché se venivano delle persone.... Ahaha era vuoto lo stabilimento, incredibile. Poi non puoi dirmi prima che il cane è accettato, si lo è ma sotto l'ombrellone e guai se si muove, non può avvicinarsi alla spiaggia, vabbe io mi son trovato male e ho visto che non sono il solo I put a star for the boy and the girl because without them having cordiality, the rest is ..... Penso che sopravviva sulle convenzioni con gli hotel e con i sovrapprezzi chiesti dal secondo giorno per mantenere postazioni discretamente vicine al bagnasciuga, altrimenti come candidamente confessato dalla titolare dal giorno seguente sei automaticamente nelle ultime file. Bar con grandi lacune sia di prodotti che di igiene. Servizi igienici datati molto datati, docce acqua fredda in pessime condizioni e n°1 doccia acqua calda ( rigorosamente a pagamento) Visto il periodo covid mascherine inesistenti per tutti. Ovviamente l'assegnazione del posto in spiaggia è nelle ultime file vicino alla strada, per avere un avanzamento verso il mare ti propongono pagamento differenza (30-50€) a seconda se più centrale o proprio in pole sul bagna asciuga. Servizi dello stabilimento molto base, non ho visto giochi per bimbi o alti svaghi da spiaggia (zona bocce, etc.). Sicuramente sarebbe interessante sapere i criteri con cui è stata stipulata la convenzione tra hotel per famiglie con uno stabilimento che per bambini non ha il minimo intrattenimento. Guardando sia a dx che a sx c'è sicuramente qualche cosa di meglio. Animazione quasi assente, spiaggia con giochi per bambini( vecchi e rotti anche pericolosi nelle condizioni in cui sono ), costi elevati per il tipo di servizio che danno. To say the least, the ugliest bathroom in Valverde. Almost absent animation, beach with games for children (old and broken even dangerous in the conditions in which they are), high costs for the type of service they give.
