La cameriera non ha capito l'ordine e ,se non avessi bloccato la mia ordinazione, in ritardo,avrei pranzato da sola con gli altri costretti a guardarmi e ad aspettarmi! Nessuno si è scusato,nessuno ha gestito la situazione. Situazione davvero spiacevole! Ho sprecato una delle poche occasioni per mangiare fuori,costretta a pagare il coperto senza pranzare.
Considerata la risposta inappropriata del proprietario,non a conoscenza dei fatti,posso anche aggiungere che ha perso una famiglia di clienti affezionati. La clientela non si tratta così
 After so many positive experiences yesterday I found myself terribly! The waitress did not understand the order and, if I hadn't blocked my order, late, I would have had lunch alone with the others forced to look at me and wait for me! Nobody apologized, nobody handled the situation. Really unpleasant situation! I wasted one of the few occasions to eat out, forced to pay the cover charge without having lunch.
Given the inappropriate response of the owner, not aware of the facts, I can also add that he has lost a family of loyal customers. Clientele is not treated like that

Ma ci sarei tornato, dato che era la riapertura, una giornata sbagliata può capitare, e in passato avevo sempre mangiato molto bene. Ma dopo aver letto su TripAdvisor la risposta del proprietario ad un cliente scontento seguirò anch'io l'invito a non rimettere più piede nel locale.
I was there two weeks ago and I didn't like it. But I would go back, as it was reopening, a bad day can happen, and in the past I had always eaten very well. But after reading the owner's response to an unhappy customer on TripAdvisor, I too will follow the invitation not to set foot in the restaurant again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo a Castiglioncello ormai da anni e non avevo mai provato questo ristorante, io e il mio collega siamo entrati per caso e non siamo rimasti delusi affatto.
Posto veramente carino e tranquillo. Atmosfera piacevole resa tale da un servizio impeccabile e grande professionalità.
Non ho ancora avuto modo di provare la frittura, ma i piatti di pesce sono davvero buoni.
Staff molto gentile, e disponibile.
Discreta scelta dei vini, sicuramente ci ritorno.

I have been coming to Castiglioncello for years now and had never tried this restaurant, my colleague and I walked in by accident and we were not disappointed at all.
Really nice and quiet place. Pleasant atmosphere made such by impeccable service and great professionalism.
I haven't had a chance to try frying yet, but the fish dishes are really good.
Very kind and helpful staff.
Discreet choice of wines, I will definitely return.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped for a bite of lunch while walking round the town. Lovely seafood antipasti and delicious pizzas. Delightful terrace overlooking the cove beach with views out across the Mediterranean.
