Very relaxing environment .. very pleasant family management .. so much kindness and nn last careful cleaning. Ci tornerò sicuramente
I spent two weeks in this bathhouse and I had a great time. All the staff are very courteous and helpful. The cuisine is really good and abundant.
I will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se siete in cerca della tipica "accoglienza" ligure questo è il posto giusto. Ci siamo stati ieri con una coppia di amici e il loro bimbo, dopo poco più di un'ora dal nostro ingresso i proprietari hanno pensato di costringerci tutti a chiudere gli ombrelloni a causa di qualche folata di vento, a detta loro "pericolosa". Siamo rimasti tutti increduli e alle nostre domande abbiamo ricevuto una risposta arrogante e ben precisa: "Siamo stati l'ultimo stabilimento del litorale a chiudere gli ombrelloni ma adesso non ne possiamo più fare a meno... visto che non è colpa nostra se c'è vento, se non vi sta bene potete anche andare via e vi rimborsiamo!" Molto infastiditi e ancora con i costumi umidi, abbiamo deciso di andare via dato che è ovviamente impensabile far stare un bambino di due anni sotto il sole di mezzogiorno ad agosto.
Il rimborso c'è stato ma parziale e ci è stato anche detto che è stato concesso a titolo di cortesia.
Gli ombrelloni degli stabilimenti lì vicino (Vesima) erano aperti (probabilmente i loro essendo vecchi non sono abbastanza solidi, lo stabilimento è piuttosto vintage).
Prezzi nella media, servizi essenziali, il personale giovane del bar sicuramente più cordiale degli anziani proprietari.
Inutile dire che non ci metterò più piede e non posso consigliarlo assolutamente.
If you are looking for the typical Ligurian "welcome" this is the right place. We were there yesterday with a couple of friends and their baby, after just over an hour from our entry the owners thought to force us all to close the umbrellas due to some gusts of wind, according to them "dangerous". We were all incredulous and to our questions we received an arrogant and precise answer: "We were the last establishment on the coast to close the umbrellas but now we can no longer do without ... since it is not our fault that we 'it's windy, if you don't feel good you can even go away and we will refund you! " Very annoyed and still with damp costumes, we decided to leave because it is obviously unthinkable to keep a two-year-old child under the midday sun in August.
There was a partial refund and we were also told that it was granted as a courtesy.
The umbrellas of the establishments nearby (Vesima) were open (probably since they are old they are not solid enough, the establishment is rather vintage).
Average prices, essential services, the young staff of the bar certainly more cordial than the elderly owners.
Needless to say, I will never set foot there again and I can't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito siamo stati lì il 2 giugno e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Abbiamo pranzato nel loro bar che non ha grande scelta di piatti ma i panini e le piadine che abbiamo assaggiato erano abbondanti e buonissime! Torneremo sicuramente!
My husband and I stayed there on June 2 and had a great time! The very kind and helpful staff. We had lunch in their bar which has no great choice of dishes but the sandwiches and wraps we tasted were plentiful and delicious! We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subito accessibili appena lasciata l'auto nel grande parcheggio vicino ai giochi per i bambini. Completi di tutto sdraio, ombrelloni, lettini, cabine. Ampio spazio per poter mangiare sono una tettoia che protegge dal sole caldo o da eventuali piogge. Dalle prime ore dell'alba fino all'ora "buona" del tramonto si può stare qui in totale relax. Il personale dello stabilimento è socievole e competente, lasciando ampia libertà al cliente... L'importante è che il cliente sia educato... Consigliatissimo
