Si sono dimenticati della prenotazione fatta a maggio, confermata per altro con tanto di caparra e il 15 di agosto, anziché scusarsi ci hanno detto che se volevamo ci restituivano i soldi ... capisco che non siano i nostri a fare la differenza per loro, ma mi chiedo se ci fanno o se ci sono...davvero pessima gestione della spiaggia !

They forgot about the booking made in May, which was confirmed with a deposit and on the 15th of August, instead of apologizing, they told us that if we wanted they would give us back the money ... I understand that it is not ours who make the difference for them, but I wonder if they do or if there are ... really bad management of the beach!

Con il gestore ci siam sentiti più volte…tutto ok…
Oggi 7/8/21 mi presento in spiaggia e questi fenomeni…non avevano più la mia prenotazione.
Ovviamente restituita la caparra ma non si sono minimamente preoccupati…mi dicono…trovatevi un altro…posto….V E R G O G N A T E V I dove lo trovo un altro ombrellone a ceriale ad agosto?

Very bad ... booked 2 sunbeds and umbrella in April for August and sent a bank transfer (duly collected).
With the manager we spoke several times ... everything ok ...
Today 7/8/21 I show up on the beach and these phenomena ... they no longer had my reservation.
Obviously the deposit was returned but they were not worried in the least… they tell me… find yourselves another… place… .V E R G O G N A T E V I where can I find another cerial umbrella in August?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked and payed in may . At my arrival at the Lido Azzurro beach my booking it has been forgotten. The owner gived to me a very bad place as well trying to confirm as Customer as well. I finally decided to switch to another beach. I asked at den-haag beach and I found a very nice and propositive owner. So finally 10 points at den-haag beach and 0 point to Lido Azzurro.
