I pochi parcheggi non a pagamento all'esterno sono "piantonati" da nordafricani a cui bisogna pagare per non trovare "sorprese". Nota negativa: sempre presenti zingari alle macchinette del pagamento. Possibile che non si possano eliminare (purtroppo non nel vero senso della parola, anche se sarebbe la soluzione migliore) ?
