La prima volta mi ha servito un signore gentilissimo che mi ha dato mille spiegazioni e mi ha convinto ad acquistare da loro. Dopo qualche giorno sono tornato per appunto acquistare culla e fasciatoio e ho trovato una signora più giovane davvero poco disponibile che rispondeva quasi controvoglia alle mie domande. Acquisto comunque il tutto e mi reco nella zona ci carico. Vedo che le scatole sono abbastanza grandi e chiedo se forse non fosse il caso di fare 2 viaggi. Vengo rassicurato dal tizio che comincia a caricare e spinge senza fregarsene le scatole in auto e al ritorno a casa mi accorgo che la guarnizione del bagagliaio è saltata (sbriciolata) e il cielo dell'auto (la parte in tessuto sono al tetto) molto danneggiata. Morale della favola ho risparmiato 50/60 euro sui prodotti acquistati e ci ho rimesso 200 euro di riparazione auto. I have been to this shop twice. The first time I was served by a very kind gentleman who gave me a thousand explanations and convinced me to buy from them. After a few days I went back to buy a cradle and changing table and I found a younger lady who was very little available who answered my questions almost unwillingly. However, I buy everything and go to the loading area. I see that the boxes are quite large and wonder if maybe it was not the case to make 2 trips. I am reassured by the guy who starts to load and pushes without caring about the boxes in the car and on returning home I realize that the trunk seal is blown (crumbled) and the headliner of the car (the fabric part is on the roof) very damaged . Moral of the story I saved 50/60 euros on the products purchased and I lost 200 euros for car repairs.
