★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non bene - passeggino difettoso, pezzi mancanti, ritardi indescrivibili e servizio clienti inesistente. Non siamo ancora riusciti a risolvere e abbiamo dovuto spendere soldi per acquistare i pezzi mancanti e per sistemare i difetti. Molto poco professionali.
Not good - defective stroller, missing parts, indescribable delays and non-existent customer service. We haven't been able to fix it yet and have had to spend money to buy the missing pieces and fix the defects. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato il 10 maggio un video babymonitor al 10 di giugno non ancora arrivato. Contatto l’azienda per informare che non ne ho più bisogno e apro anche una controversia con paypal. Promessa di rimborso (145€) mai avvenuto e controversia chiusa. Ho ricontattato il negozio più e più volte e non si sono più fatti sentire. Conclusione, ho pagato 145€ e non ho ricevuto l’oggetto nè il rimborso. Non comprate qua.
Ordered on 10 May a babymonitor video for 10 June not yet arrived. I contact the company to inform that I no longer need it and also open a dispute with paypal. Reimbursement promise (€ 145) never happened and dispute closed. I got back to the shop over and over again and they never spoke again. Conclusion, I paid € 145 and did not receive the item or the refund. Don't buy here.

L’azienda avrebbe dovuto consegnare l’oggetto entro il termine di 10 gg lavorativi. Al 24 maggio non era ancora arrivato nulla. Fortunatamente nella mia richiesta di annullamento e rimborso dell’ordine è andato tutto bene perché oggi, 27 maggio, ho nuovamente i soldi sul conto corrente. La mia valutazione rimane inerente allo shop on Line e per la mia unica esperienza di acquisto. Buona infine la comunicazione con gli uffici.
Ordered on April 18 an inglesina maior stroller which was on sale at about 60 euros less than the list price. The company should have delivered the object within 10 working days. As of May 24, nothing had yet arrived. Fortunately, in my request for cancellation and refund of the order, everything went well because today, May 27th, I have the money back in my checking account. My evaluation remains inherent to the online shop and to my unique shopping experience. Finally, communication with the offices was good.

Ancora oggi non mi è arrivato nulla, mi dicono che il bonifico è stato fatto è che devono inviarmi il codice di bonifico ma sono spariti. Non rispondono mai al telefono, quindi contattarli è praticamente impossibile. SCONSIGLIATISSIMI

Fatto ordine il 6 dicembre , ad oggi non ancora ricevuto (04.01).
Mi avevano assicurato che la consegna sarebbe avvenuta in max 10 gg lavorativi,mai nessuno mi ha avvisato del ritardo.
Il servizio clienti è pessimo, difficile ricevere una risposta e quando la si riceve è totalmente errata.
Il tracking della spedizione l'ho ricevuto 23 gg dopo l'acquisto e ad oggi sul sito del trasportatore non è nemmeno tracciabile.
Il 3 gennaio ho sentito ancora il venditore, che per loro la spedizione è avvenuta il 21 dicembre. INVITO IL VENDITORE A RIVEDERE L?ORGANIZZAZIONE LOGISTICA OPPURE CAMBIATE MESTIERE.Un consiglio evitate questo venditore

Ordered on 6 December, not yet received (04.01).
I was assured that the delivery would take place in max 10 working days, no one ever warned me of the delay.
The customer service is bad, hard to get a response and when you get it it's totally wrong.
The tracking of the shipment I received 23 days after the purchase and to date it is not even traceable on the transporter's website.
On January 3rd, I heard from the seller again, that the shipment took place for them on December 21st. I INVITE THE SELLER TO REVIEW THE LOGISTICS ORGANIZATION OR CHANGE YOUR JOB. A tip avoid this seller
