S	Simona Vinci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver cambiato diversi parrucchieri mi son voluta affidare alle valutazioni e recensioni positive su Babillage. Escludendo la Cortesia del personale su cui non ho nulla da ridire posso affermare che la mia esperienza soggettiva è stata del tutto negativa. Specialmente se parliamo di rapporto qualità-prezzo. Avendo esposto la mia richiesta e prese in considerazione i consigli degli esperti (non essendo io un esperta ) alla fine delle quasi 4 ore, guardandomi allo specchio, mi sentivo soddisfatta. Finalmente pensavo di aver trovato dopo diversi parrucchieri provati quello giusto! Invece, dopo 5 giorni, al primo lavaggio in casa va via un bel po di colore e alla asciugatura dei capelli noto allo specchio, con grande rammarico, la ricomparsa dei capelli bianchi ed un accenno alla ricrescita. La situazione peggiora ulteriormente quando al 2 lavaggio, a 10 giorni quindi dal parrucchiere, il colore va via totalmente e ritornano fuori capelli bianchi ricrescita e meches la cui intenzione iniziale era ricoprire. Il problema piu grande è stato di trovarsi alle porte delle feste natalizie ed in vacanza con quei capelli!! Errare è umano ma determinati sbagli posso "accettarli" da professionisti del mestiere alle prime armi che in proporzione a ciò chiedono al cliente un basso compenso. Non da Babillage! Concludo solo con :"130 euro!!!". After having changed several hairdressers, I wanted to entrust the evaluations and positive reviews on Babillage. Excluding the Courtesy of the staff on whom I have nothing to say I can say that my subjective experience was completely negative. Especially if we talk about value for money. Having explained my request and taken the advice of the experts into account (not being an expert) at the end of the almost 4 hours, looking at myself in the mirror, I felt satisfied. Finally I thought I had found the right one after several hairdressers! Instead, after 5 days, the first wash at home goes away a lot of color and drying of the hair known in the mirror, with great regret, the reappearance of white hair and a hint of regrowth. The situation worsens further when at the 2nd wash, then 10 days at the hairdresser, the color goes away completely and white hair regrows back and meches whose initial intention was to cover. The biggest problem was being at the gates of Christmas and on vacation with that hair !! To err is human, but certain mistakes can "accept" them from novice professionals who, in proportion to this, ask the customer for a low fee. Not from Babillage! I conclude only with: "130 euro !!!".

Se applichi una maschera che addirittura aumenta il prezzo del taglio di 6 euro devi assolutamente avvisare PRIMA il cliente. Prezzo finale di un taglio compresa LA MASCHERA CHE NON AVEVO RICHIESTO 38 EURO I came back because I love the extremely precise way of working with the boy who works there. Worth 5 stars. Except that I really hate misconduct so much. If you apply a mask that even increases the price of the cut by 6 euros you absolutely MUST notify the customer FIRST. Final price of a cut including the MASK I HAD NOT REQUESTED 38 EURO
