È attraversato da un largo sentiero principale poco sotto la cresta e da un sentiero di cresta più stretto. Sul versante che dà sul mare è delimitato dal sentiero della salvia, anch'esso molto bello. Raccomandato per un'escursione in particolare nelle belle giornate autunnali.
 Nice place for walking or for sporting activities such as running or mountain biking. It is crossed by a large main path just below the crest and by a narrower crest path. On the side overlooking the sea, it is bordered by the sage path, which is also very beautiful. Recommended for an excursion especially on beautiful autumn days.
