Sono presenti molte discipline musicali svolte da personal trainer professionali nel loro lavoro che spronano a dare sempre il meglio e ottenere ottimi risultati. Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza seguo il corso di pilates, faccio attrezzi e ho provato nuove discipline trovandomi sempre bene e a mio agio Friendly and clean gym, qualified and helpful staff. There are many musical disciplines carried out by professional personal trainers in their work that encourage them to always give their best and achieve excellent results. As for my experience I follow the course of pilates, I make tools and I tried new disciplines finding myself always good and at ease

Nonostante ciò, posso dire di avere trovato alla bfit uno staff di istruttori cordiale e disponibile, oltre che competente (maestro di yoga in primis). Gli spazi sono adatti alle discipline praticate e gli spogliatoi sono puliti. Tutti questi elementi creano un ambiente in cui è piacevole allenarsi. I state that, despite being a sportsman, I am not a regular visitor to gyms, so my opinion is not comparative. Nevertheless, I can say that I found the staff a friendly and helpful staff of instructors, as well as competent (first and foremost a yoga teacher). The spaces are suitable for the disciplines practiced and the changing rooms are clean. All these elements create an environment in which it is pleasant to train.

Ottima qualita' della struttura , ambiete pulito ma cio' che mi ha colpita di piu' e' l' attenzione con cui viene curato il cliente ,grande differenza rispetto alle palestre che ho frequentato nella mia citta'. Personale molto preparato e professionale . Consiglio vivamente questa palestra a chi vuole allenarsi bene ed in sicurezza, io ci tornero' sicuramente. Anna We went down to Benevento from Livorno and I accidentally chose this gym to train during the holidays. It was a pleasant surprise. Excellent quality of the structure, clean environment but what struck me the most is the attention with which the customer is treated, a big difference compared to the gyms I frequented in my city. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I highly recommend this gym to those who want to train well and safely, I will definitely be back. Anna
