★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati a questo B&B per 7 notti, prima parte di una vacanza più lunga a Realmonte (che conosciamo e amiamo e il cui territorio, per inciso, meriterebbe soste più lunghe di quelle usuali di una o due notti). Nuovissimo, vicino all'ingresso del paese, ha spazi ampi, curati e funzionali. Pulizia, vista montagna, silenzio, la grande e semplice cortesia del titolare, sono tutti punti di forza. Colazione semplice e abbondante, impreziosita dal cornetto fresco farcito a piacere.
We stayed at this B&B for 7 nights, the first part of a longer holiday in Realmonte (which we know and love and whose territory, incidentally, deserves longer stops than the usual one or two nights). Brand new, near the entrance to the town, it has large, well-kept and functional spaces. Cleanliness, mountain view, silence, the great and simple courtesy of the owner, are all strengths. Simple and plentiful breakfast, embellished with fresh croissant stuffed to taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camere pulite e con bagno ampio. La nostra aveva balconcino che però dava sulla strada, altre camere hanno balcone sulle colline circostanti. Una buona struttura come rapporto qualità/prezzo. Unica pecca la colazione da fare in bar non presso la struttura (circa 600m)
Clean rooms with large bathrooms. Ours had a small balcony that overlooked the street, other rooms have balconies overlooking the surrounding hills. A good structure in quality / price ratio. The only flaw is the breakfast to be served in the bar not at the hotel (about 600m)

The owner (or admin) welcomed us personally. Show the room, how to set the shower, lights, internet, etc. He suggested places to eat and what to do around the area. Good price!
