Pulito, confortevole, abbiamo pernottato in camera con bagno, purtroppo con rumore costante (debole) dallo scarico di una pila per lavare. Complessivamente soddisfacente. Nice place, near the seafront and the clubs. Clean, comfortable, we stayed in a room with a bathroom, unfortunately with constant noise (weak) from the drain of a washing battery. Overall satisfactory.

Ambienti puliti e servizio eccezionale: il ragazzo che gestisce è premuroso e gentile, oltre che simpatico. Colazione abbondante. CI tornerei senza dubbio Accommodation for families or groups of friends. Nothing elegant or ideal for a romantic holiday. Rooms clean and exceptional service: the guy who runs it is thoughtful and kind, as well as sympathetic. Abundant breakfast. I would go back without a doubt
M	Massimo Mojoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il b&b si definisce sul mare.....lo vedi da lontano .... molto lontano. Veniamo agli interni struttura vecchia adattata a b&b. Non ci sono riusciti molto bene: porta della doccia arrugginita, luci nello specchio del bagno soltanto una per risparmiare corrente così come il lampadario in camera 8 portalampada solo 2 lampadine inserite, tenda della camera bloccata con un fermacapelli usato con tanto di capelli aggrovigliati!! Vero schifo!! Testiera del letto davanti all'interruttore delle luci e non spostabile per come é stata arredata la camera. Tappi di lavandino e bidet assenti. Colazione senza nulla di speciale presidiata da dipendente che doveva stare in piedi dinnanzi al sensore di una luce della stanza per evitare di farla spegnere: girare il sensore no eh!!??!! Il tutto per la modica cifra di 74€!!! Eh si perché non te lo dice nemmeno il sito bed-and-breakfast.it, ma ci sono 2 euro al giorno di tassa di soggiorno. Giudizio finale DA EVITARE. PS ho postato alcune foto a riprova di quello che ho scitto. The b & b is defined on the sea ..... you see it from afar .... very far away. We come to the interior old structure adapted to b & b. There have succeeded very well: the door of the rusty shower, lights in the bathroom mirror only to save power as well as the chandelier in the room 8 socket inserted only 2 light bulbs, room curtain blocked with hair clips used with lots of tangled hair !! Real crap !! Headboard of the bed in front of the light switch and not movable as the room was furnished. Corks absent sink and bidet. Breakfast without anything special manned by an employee who had to stand in front of a light sensor in the room to avoid having it turned off: turn the sensor off eh !! ?? !! All this for the modest sum of 74 € !!! Oh yes, because the bed-and-breakfast.it website does not even tell you this, but there are 2 euros per day of tourist tax. Last Judgment AVOID. PS I posted some photos as proof of what I said.

I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e cordiali. Il mare è a due passi. Lo consigliamo! We stayed at B&B Xenia for one night. All the comforts are at the appeal: private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, fridge, wi-fi. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The sea is a stone's throw away. We recommend it!

Onestà degli abitanti della località. Bella spiaggia anche se manutenuta in maniera non propriamente adeguata alla potenzialità dei luoghi. Punti deboli: bagno piccolo e stretto, rumorosità dei vicini, ambiente poco areato per la colazione. Strengths: value for money, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. Nice balcony with attached kitchenette. Honesty of the inhabitants of the locality. Beautiful beach even if maintained in a manner not properly adapted to the potential of the places. Weaknesses: small and narrow bathroom, noise from neighbors, poorly ventilated environment for breakfast.
