Non è molto facile arrivarci: poco indicato (seguire indicazioni per Carasi e località San Paolo) e con stradine strette, ma il sig. Samuel (proprietario) viene a prendere nella piazza centrale di Patti. Il proprietario è comunque molto gentile. L' ambiente non è molto curato, ma è adeguato alla qualità /prezzo. Pulizia delle camere a richiesta. Aria condizionata. Colazione a buffet, abbondante e con brioches fresche ogni mattina. The panoramic view is very beautiful and the b & b is in the hills, out of traffic. It is not very easy to get there: I indicated (follow signs for Carasi and locality San Paolo) and narrow streets, but Mr. Samuel (owner) picks up in the central square of Patti. The owner is still very kind. The environment is not very well maintained, but it is adequate for the quality / price. Room cleaning on request. Conditioned air. Buffet breakfast, plentiful and with fresh croissants every morning.

Dopo una giornata tragica vissuta il 15 di agosto perdendo il treno di ritorno a casa con la mia compagna, dalla sfortuna ho avuto la fortuna di trovare la possibilità di alloggiare in questa struttura. La cosa che mi ha colpito innanzitutto è la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario. Ha soddisfatto le nostre necessità appieno. Camera pulita, servizi ottimi, buona colazione sia in terrazza con vista che interna. Poi si ha anche la possibilità di ammirare Patti e le isole Eolie da una terrazza comodissima, VISTA FANTASTICA! Beh potrei aggiungere altro tutto in positivo, CONSIGLIATISSIMO! If I could give more stars I would do it willingly. The thing that struck me first is the availability and kindness of the owner. It has fully satisfied our needs. Clean room, great facilities, good breakfast on the terrace with view or inside. Then you also have the chance to admire Patti and the Aeolian Islands from a comfortable terrace, FANTASTIC VIEW! Well, I could add something positive, RECOMMENDED!

Ottima colazione con latte, thè ,fichi e fichi d'India, nn mancava nulla. Samuel il proprietario una persona discreta, gentile e disponibilissimo; Ci ha consigliato un ristorante " Cani cani" pizzeria dove abbiamo mangiato dell' ottimo pesce. Posto ideale per chi viaggia con bambini. The villa zia Febronia is surrounded by greenery with a beautiful panorama. Clean and equipped rooms. Excellent breakfast with milk, tea, figs and prickly pears, nothing was missing. La colazione è buonissima e il titolare è molto gentile, disponibile e professionale! Lo consiglio sicuramente! We stayed 4 days in this hotel and we had a great time !!! The rooms are well-kept, comfortable and spacious. The view is gorgeous! The breakfast is delicious and the owner is very kind, helpful and professional! Definitely recommend it!

È possibile godersi dei momenti di relax sulla terrazza vista mare, nelle zone all' aperto (dotate di tavolini e bellissime piante) oppure nella saletta attrezzata di materiale per attività fitness, TV e computer. Le camere sono molto pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Inoltre è dotata di ampio parcheggio all'aperto. Si consiglia questa struttura perché è possibile godersi delle vacanze in tranquillitá e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere molti giorni. Il titolare è una persona molto professionale e disponibile ad accogliere ogni esigenza dei clienti. Valutazione eccellente.
