A	Alba Baiocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo respirato da subito una cortesia ed una ospitalità genuina e simpatica da parte dei propietari Beppe e Virginia, il tutto condito da una struttura molto bella e ben curata nei minimi particolari e da un bel parco che la circonda. Il B&B si trova in una posizione strategica tra Arona e Stresa, ed è comodo per raggiungere l'imbarco per le magnifiche isole da visitare. Essendo la struttura messa completamente a nuovo le camere sono confortevoli e ricercate nei minimi dettagli. La colazione è abbondante e varia, e, servita con i sorrisi dei gestori. Torneremo sicuramente! We immediately breathed a genuine and friendly courtesy and hospitality on the part of the owners Beppe and Virginia, all seasoned with a very beautiful and well cared for in every detail and a beautiful park that surrounds it. The B&B is located in a strategic position between Arona and Stresa, and is convenient for boarding for the magnificent islands to visit. As the structure has been completely refurbished, the rooms are comfortable and refined down to the smallest detail. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and served with the smiles of the managers. We will definitely be back!

Chi ha preferito trascorrere il pomeriggio in spiaggia a due passi dalla villa e chi invece insieme a noi ha visitato luoghi storici nelle vicinanze. Ospitalità, bellezza e comfort ci hanno fatto star bene.. Parcheggio privato e automazione dei servizi hanno consentito autonomia e massima libertà di movimento. Ringraziamo Beppe e Virginia! Splendid Villa just renovated with taste and refinement. We stayed with 2 couples of friends and had a great time .. Those who preferred to spend the afternoon on the beach a stone's throw from the villa and those who, on the other hand, have visited historical places nearby with us. Hospitality, beauty and comfort they made us feel good .. Private parking and automation of services have allowed autonomy and maximum freedom of movement. We thank Beppe and Virginia!

Posizione comoda sia per visitare Arona che per raggiungere Stresa e Verbania, parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura. Camera spaziosa, pulita e curata nei particolari, con una nota di merito per il comodissimo materasso. Colazione variegata e di qualità, proprietari gentilissimi. Vivamente consigliato. Historic villa in Lesa just renovated with taste and attention to detail. Convenient location both for visiting Arona and for reaching Stresa and Verbania, free parking inside the structure. Spacious, clean room with attention to detail, with a note of merit for the comfortable mattress. Varied and quality breakfast, very kind owners. Highly recommended.

Bagno un po' piccolo ma comunque dotato di tutto. Comodo parcheggio interno. Nelle vicinanze ci sono dei buoni ristoranti di pesce. We stayed one night in the villa, I confirm the beauty of the place, the kindness of the owners, the attention to detail, the cleanliness of the room and the good and varied breakfast, both sweet and salty. Bathroom a bit small but still equipped with everything. Convenient internal parking. There are good fish restaurants nearby.

Sopra ogni cosa cito la gentilezza, lo spirito di accoglienza e la disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha accontentato in ogni richiesta. Da sottolineare inoltre la bellissima struttura recentemente e finemente ristrutturata, la pulizia minuziosa, la presenza di un parcheggio privato interno, la strepitosa colazione che ci han servito, la posizione a due passi da Arona ma senza i disagi della città. Come rapporto qualità prezzo non credo esista scelta migliore nella zona. Torneremo sicuramente nella prossima stagione per testare anche i servizi che offre sul lago. Consigliatissimo! Fantastic new year's stay! Above all I mention the kindness, the welcoming spirit and the availability of the owner who satisfied us in every request. To underline also the beautiful structure recently and finely restored, the meticulous cleaning, the presence of an internal private parking, the amazing breakfast that they served us, the location a stone's throw from Arona but without the inconveniences of the city. In terms of value for money, I don't think there is a better choice in the area. We will definitely come back next season to also test the services it offers on the lake. Highly recommended!

La villa, appena ristrutturata, è curata nei minimi dettagli. Camera spaziosa, pulitissima ed elegante.. dotata di un materasso molto comodo. Colazione vasta e di qualità. La Villa si trova in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere Arona, Stresa e Verbania. Comodo il parcheggio interno! I proprietari, Giuseppe e Virginia, con la loro disponibilità, cortesia e amore per il proprio lavoro, fanno sentire subito gli ospiti a casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Camera spaziosa, molto pulita e silenziosissima dotata di un materasso molto comodo. Colazione di ampia scelta e con prodotti qualità. Ottima anche la possibilità di poter parcheggiare la macchina nel cortile. La Villa si trova in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere Arona, Stresa e Verbania. I proprietari, Giuseppe e Virginia, con la loro disponibilità e gentilezza fanno sentire subito gli ospiti a proprio agio tanto da farti sentire come se fossi a casa tua. Tornerò sicuramente!
