Si è messo subito a disposizione perché purtroppo io ho avuto il mio piccolo bimbo di appena 7 giorni con la bronchiolite ricoverato lì.giustamente il proprietario per non farmi andare avanti e indietro perché io abito a somma e andavo a Benevento solo per dare il seno a mio figlio era troppo uno stress mentale. E comunque dicevo il proprietario è stato gentilissimo super disponibile. Io spero di ritornarci ma solo per alloggiare come turista. I prezzi sono buonissimi, super consigliato. Anzi colgo l'occasione per salutarlo I sincerely thank the owner of this bed and breakfast in Benevento for helping me a lot. He immediately made himself available because unfortunately I had my little boy of just 7 days with bronchiolitis hospitalized there. Rightly the owner not to let me go back and forth because I live in sum and I went to Benevento only to give breast to my son was too much mental stress. And anyway I said the owner was very kind super helpful. I hope to return but only to stay as a tourist. The prices are very good, super recommended. Indeed I take this opportunity to greet him

In tre giorni di soggiorno non è mai passato nessuno a dare una pulita né al bagno, né tanto meno alle camere. La colazione consiste in un caffè e delle merendine di scarsissima qualità, mentre le bevande (succhi di frutta e latte a lunga conservazione) una volta aperti vengono lasciati su di un mobiletto senza la possibilità di inserirli in un frigorifero, poiché non è presente. Assolutamente sconsigliato Outdated structure, without the slightest care for the essential elements that you would like to find in a b & b. Cleaning practically non-existent. In three days of stay, nobody ever went to clean the bathroom, let alone the rooms. Breakfast consists of a very low quality coffee and snacks, while the drinks (fruit juices and long-life milk) once opened are left on a cabinet without the possibility of placing them in a refrigerator, since it is not present. Absolutely not recommended

A seguito dei recenti avvenimenti☣️ hanno sospeso le sessioni di laurea e ho dovuto disdire il viaggio per me e tutta la famiglia (2camere). Detto questo ho disdetto le camere a meno di un giorno dal mio soggiorno dovendo pagare la cifra pattuita per entrambe le camere. Il titolare è stato da subito cordiale per poi richiamarmi poco dopo cancellando la prenotazione e non chiedendo neanche un euro per la mia disdetta capendo la situazione che si è verificata. Sono rimasto veramente contento rallegrano una giornata negativa. GRAZIE MILLE SIETE FANTASTICI. sicuramente prenoterò in questa struttura la prossima volta che andrò a Benevento visto la posizione in cui si trova e la CORTESIA dimostrata. Grazie ancora speriamo di vederci presto per offrire almeno un caffè come da accordi telefonici?? TRULY FANTASTIC PEOPLE to find people like that. Following recent events☣️ graduation sessions have been suspended and I had to cancel the trip for myself and the whole family (2 bedrooms). Having said that, I canceled the rooms less than a day before my stay and had to pay the agreed amount for both rooms. The owner was immediately cordial and then called me back shortly after canceling the reservation and not asking even a euro for my cancellation, understanding the situation that occurred. I was really happy to brighten up a bad day. THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ARE FANTASTIC. I will definitely book at this hotel the next time I go to Benevento given the position in which it is located and the COURTESY shown. Thanks again we hope to see you soon to offer at least a coffee as per telephone agreements??

Letto comodissimo e, cosa rara da trovare, il frigo in camera apprezzatissimo. Consiglio assolutamente Owner very kind welcoming and very helpful. The structure very nice clean and attention to detail. Very comfortable bed and, rare to find, the fridge in the room much appreciated. I absolutely recommend

Prima di tutto, la ragazza ha fatto solo UNA lavata a terra e su richiesta di mia madre. Ha poi dimenticato di pulire il bagno ( abbiamo acquistato noi il detersivo e la spugna per la pulizia dei sanitari). Non avete l'aspirapolvere, impensabile nel 2022, infatti la camera era piena di polvere, ( soprattutto sotto al letto). In secondo luogo, sono stata fin troppo gentile, non ho offeso proprio nessuno né tanto meno la ragazza delle "pulizie". Il cambio delle lenzuola era doveroso poiché abbiamo trovato la plastica della cannuccia di un succo di frutta non bevuto da noi, mentre il copri materasso del lettino l'ho richiesto dopo aver scoperto di aver dormito su grandi macchine di pipì o altro ( non mi soffermerei più di tanto sulla loro natura)...e mi sono schifata! Per concludere, le ante dei mobili ( le due superstiti, perché le altre due non c'erano) se ne cadevano ed abbiamo rischiato di farci male. Comunque, a mio avviso, non ci si comporta in questo modo, il cliente ha sempre ragione e lei dovrebbe solo ascoltare e migliorarsi. PS: l'incubo è stato il nostro...non il suo!!!?
