Angelo, il gestore, è una persona fantastica, garbata, disponibile che esaudisce ogni tuo desiderio e ti fa sentire a casa, inoltre dispensa consigli su tutto e non sbaglia mai: luoghi da visitare, ristorantini dove mangiare e spiaggette meravigliose dove trascorrere una giornata di relax. Top direi. Straconsigliato?? Informal B&B where courtesy and intelligent management are at home. Angelo, the manager, is a fantastic, polite, helpful person who fulfills your every wish and makes you feel at home, he also dispenses advice on everything and is never wrong: places to visit, restaurants to eat and wonderful beaches where you can spend a day of Relax. ANGELO il proprietario, nonché il punto di riferimento non solo del B&B ma di tutta Praia. Vuoi mangiare qualsiasi cosa… chiedi ad Angelo. Vuoi fare una gita alla scoperta delle varie spiaggette? Chiedi ad Angelo. Sempre pronto, disponibile, educato e al tempo stesso al passo con i tempi. Non perde occasione per farti pensare sempre una cosa diversa da quella che penseresti. Voto 10. Passo al B&B, posizione no centrale, ma al centro. Cosa ben diversa. Due entrate, dove la parte anteriore si affaccia sul corso di Praia, mentre la parte posteriore, parcheggio auto, a 50 metri dalla spiaggia. Sempre pulito e profumato. Questo per l’attenzione di angelo, ma anche per la mano della brava Gloria. Non la senti ma in questo periodo di pandemia il suo lavoro è indispensabile. Se booking prende sul serio le recensioni, dovrebbe spiegarmi perché questa struttura come punteggio, non arriva al 10, ma si ferma a 9.6. Vi invito a controllare di persona. Voto sincero sul B&B 10. Also this year we went back to Angelo. It is not difficult to describe our vacation. We simply felt at home. ANGELO the owner, as well as the point of reference not only for the B&B but for all of Praia. Do you want to eat anything… ask Angelo. Do you want to take a trip to discover the various beaches? Ask Angelo. Always ready, available, polite and at the same time in step with the times. He never misses an opportunity to always make you think something different from what you would think. Two entrances, where the front overlooks the Praia course, while the rear, car park, 50 meters from the beach. Always clean and fragrant. A	Assunta Sirica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato presso il B&B di Angelo lo scorso fine settimana, su consiglio di carissimi amici e siamo stati benissimo. La struttura è piccola ma accogliente, pulita e ben posizionata: sul corso principale, dove si può passeggiare tranquillamente facendo shopping e gustando una granita o una focaccia; e anche a due passi dal mare. Molto buona anche la colazione. Angelo è un ragazzo molto simpatico e gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Consigliato. We stayed at Angelo's B&B last weekend, on the recommendation of dear friends and had a great time. The structure is small but welcoming, clean and well located: on the main street, where you can stroll safely, shopping and enjoying a granita or a focaccia; and also a stone's throw from the sea. The breakfast is also very good. Angelo is a very nice and kind guy and attentive to customer needs. Recommended.
A	Annalisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura si trova proprio in centro a Praia ed è dotata di parcheggio privato in loco comodissimo. È dotata di 4 camere, noi siamo stati in quella matrimoniale piccola quindi sicuramente spazi ristretti ma per qualche giorno va più che bene. Doccia molto spaziosa. Pulizia perfetta. Ma ciò che fa la differenza qui è proprio Angelo, il padrone di casa: sempre disponibile, premuroso, educato e super simpatico. Ci ha dato tantissimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare nei dintorni e dove mangiare. Sempre pronto a organizzare una gita in barca o un giro in kayak. Colazione fantastica con brioches calde, pasticciotti fatti in casa dalla moglie di Angelo e una serie di marmellate di loro produzione, tutte spettacolari. Prezzi onestissimi. Siamo stati benissimo: coccolati come a casa. Super consigliato. The property is located right in the center of Praia and has a convenient private parking on site. It has 4 rooms, we stayed in the small double room so definitely tight spaces but for a few days it's just fine. Very spacious shower. Perfect cleaning. But what makes the difference here is Angelo, the host: always available, caring, polite and super nice. He gave us lots of advice on places to visit nearby and where to eat. Always ready to organize a boat trip or a kayak ride. Fantastic breakfast with hot croissants, homemade pasticciotti by Angelo's wife and a series of jams of their own production, all spectacular. Very honest prices. We had a great time: pampered like at home. Super recommended.

Le stanze sono essenziali ma non mancano di piccole accortezze come il phon o il frigo. Angelo é un appassionato della propria terra e vi saprà consigliare spiagge e ristoranti in zona. Noi abbiamo visto ogni giorno una spiaggia diversa. Il b&b si trova sul corso principale e la sera é un piacere uscire e passeggiare con un gelato in mano. Il mare volendo é a 3 minuti a piedi ma vale la pena girare e vedere altre spiagge. Servizi tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Consigliatissimo. Absolutely 5-star place for location, cleanliness and kindness of the owner. The rooms are basic but do not lack small precautions such as the hairdryer or the fridge. Angelo is passionate about his land and will be able to recommend beaches and restaurants in the area. We saw a different beach every day. The b & b is located on the main street and in the evening it is a pleasure to go out and walk with an ice cream in hand. The sea is a 3 minute walk away but it is worth wandering around and seeing other beaches. Services all within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Bravi ragazzi! Highly recommended. Brand new rooms, excellent breakfast (even with their jams), car parking, and the very kind and extremely helpful owners. Good guys!
