Lasciato la location senza effettuare nessuno dei 2 pernotti. Il titolare conferma che effettuerà il rimborso ma poi lo nega. Nessuna novità rispetto alle recensioni precedenti. Taken for 2 days in December. Cold apartment (14 °), cleaning to be carried out, unacceptable overall hygiene, breakfast proposed in a dirty kitchen. Leaving the location without making any of 2 overnights. The data confirms that make a refund but then denies it. No news compared to previous reviews.

Proprietario molto simpatico. Colazione troppo scarna, la casa va condivisa con altri ospiti. Beautiful structure a stone's throw from the rocks on the sea, well furnished and clean. For the beaches there is a walk of about 10 minutes. Very nice owner. Breakfast too sparse, the house must be shared with other guests.

Al nostro arrivo la"pulizia"era ancora in corso; pavimento bagnato, sanitari con peli e il water con croste ataviche, TENDA doccia caduta e con bordo ingiallite e zozzo. Il riscaldamento non era ancora stato acceso e dopo DUE giorni di condizionatore acceso la temperatura non ha raggiunto un livello accettabile. La cucina una bolgia, un tavolino adibito a vivaio per piante di aloe proprio vicino al tavolo della colazione apparecchiato sin dalla sera prima(anche il cibo) Tutti gli ambienti in disordine e polverosi da lunghissimo tempo tipo un lampadario all'ingresso sul quale sembrava caduta della farina. Potrei continuare all'infinito...pessima esperienza. I can't understand what kind of b & b the users who have given positive ratings to this place frequent. Upon our arrival the "cleaning" was still in progress; wet floor, sanitary ware with hair and the toilet with atavistic crusts, shower CURTAIN fallen and with yellowed and dirty edge. The heating had not yet been turned on and after TWO days of running the air conditioner the temperature did not reach an acceptable level. The kitchen is a bedlam, a table used as a nursery for aloe plants right next to the breakfast table set since the night before (even the food) All the rooms in disorder and dusty for a very long time, like a chandelier at the entrance on which flour seemed to fall. I could go on forever ... bad experience.
