Poi ci sono delle scale molto ripide per raggiungere la camera The owner comes into your room when you are not there. This alone is incommentable. Then there are very steep stairs to reach the room
R	Raffa 94 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stessa perché di meno non si può ma merita -5 stelle dovrebbe chiudere questo posto , purtroppo non si può scrivere molto ma c’è un libro da scrivere in questo luogo raccapricciante , sporco e cafone il proprietario e già stato segnalato all’asl competente di Barletta ; ho detto tutto! Unica cosa che si salva e’ il mobilio abbastanza recente. Ps: era indicato alla prenotazione che accettano animali e poi ti fa pagare extra, che c’e la lavatrice e poi e’ in comune con altri della terrazza condivisa nonostante il periodo covid e la terrazza in realtà non e’ esclusiva ma e’ divisa con altri inquilini del piano e il gestore ci lava tutti corredi dell’albergo..... The same because you can't but deserve -5 stars should close this place, unfortunately you can't write much but there is a book to write in this gruesome, dirty and boorish place the owner has already been reported to the competent ASL of Barletta; I said everything! The only thing that can be saved is the fairly recent furniture. Ps: it was indicated at the booking that they accept animals and then make you pay extra, that there is the washing machine and then it is in common with others of the shared terrace despite the covid period and the terrace is actually not exclusive but is divided with other tenants on the floor and the manager washes all the hotel kits for us .....

Ma quando si raggiunge l'ultimo piano c'è un bel terrazzo con salottino. Stanze pulite e ordinate e con arredi recenti. Being an ancient building it has very steep and tiring flights of stairs if you have luggage. But when you reach the top floor there is a nice terrace with a sitting area. Clean and tidy rooms with recent furnishings.
G	Giulio Marele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho girato innumerevoli B&B da nord a sud d'Italia e questa struttura alberghiera è di livello superiore sia per la posizione geografica, a 300 metri dal mare pur posizionata in centro città. Le camere sono di un igiene esemplare e il terrazzo che affaccia su una delle vie storiche di Barletta è fantastico. Che dire sulla gentilezza e ospitalità di Ruggiero il proprietario, unica e inconfondibile. Complimenti davvero. I have toured countless B & Bs from north to south of Italy and this hotel is of a superior level both for its geographical position, 300 meters from the sea even though it is located in the city center. The rooms are of exemplary hygiene and the terrace overlooking one of the historic streets of Barletta is fantastic. What about the kindness and hospitality of Ruggiero the owner, unique and unmistakable. Sincere congratulations.
I	Irene Dimasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato! Gruppo di 4 persone adulte, con soggiorno di 3 notti e non ci siamo trovati bene. Nonostante avessimo informato il proprietario dell'orario di arrivo (08.15) chiedendogli la possibilità di accedere alle camere X poter lasciare i bagagli e rinfrescarsi, non ci è stato consentito di accedere alla struttura ed abbiamo dovuto attendere all'esterno sotto la pioggia per 1ora e mezza. I letti erano scomodissimi e piuttosto vecchi (si affondandava nel materasso ??) con mal di schiena e mal di collo al risveglio. Altra nota dolente è la presenza di rampe di scale, non segnalate al momento della prenotazione, caratterizzate da gradini alti e scivolosi. La colazione (convenzionata con un bar vicino alla struttura) è risultata essere scarsa e scadente con unica alternativa caffè o cappuccino + 1 brioche ( secca e "vecchia"). Ne abbiamo usufruito solamente per 1 volta e poi abbiamo ripiegato altrove, per ovvie ragioni. All'interno della stanza non erano presenti appendiabiti, abat-jour (presente solo in 1 delle due stanza occupate), specchio e comodini (presenti solo in 1 delle due camere occupate). Il pagamento (saldo al momento del check-out) è stato richiesto dal proprietario esclusivamente in contanti senza rilascio di alcuna ricevuta; la caparra confirmatoria è stata versata tramite bonifico bancario e anche in questo caso senza invio di alcun documento fiscale. Unica nota positiva il bagno in camera era piuttosto grande e comodo. Inadeguato e bocciatissimo!!! Not recommended! Group of 4 adults, with a 3 night stay and we did not have a good time. Although we had informed the owner of the arrival time (08.15) asking him to access the rooms X to be able to leave the luggage and freshen up, we were not allowed to access the structure and we had to wait outside in the rain for 1 hour and half. The beds were very uncomfortable and quite old (sank into the mattress ??) with back pain and neck pain upon waking. Another sore point is the presence of flights of stairs, not indicated at the time of booking, characterized by high and slippery steps. The breakfast (agreement with a bar near the structure) was found to be scarce and poor with the only alternative being coffee or cappuccino + 1 brioche (dry and "old"). We only used it for 1 time and then we folded elsewhere, for obvious reasons. Inside the room there were no clothes hangers, abat-jour (present only in 1 of the two occupied rooms), mirror and bedside tables (present only in 1 of the two occupied rooms). Payment (balance at check-out) was requested by the owner exclusively in cash without issuing any receipt; the deposit was paid by bank transfer and also in this case without sending any tax document. The only positive note the bathroom in the room was quite large and comfortable. Inadequate and very rejected !!!
