Ottimo comfort climatico, condizionatore efficiente e silenzioso. Peccato che mancasse il bidet. Excellent solution for short stays. The apartment assigned to us was on the first floor, accessible via a long staircase, of a small building. Excellent climate comfort, efficient and silent air conditioner. Too bad the bidet was missing.

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni molto piacevoli c/o il B&B Maia House! Inoltre siamo stati accorti da tutto il paese con molto affetto e ringraziamo tutti ( il personale della creperie, il bar Franco che ci ha conquistato con le sue granite e cannoli, tutti coloro che hanno lavorato per i campionati italiani di Twirling, tutti i ristoranti o negozi frequentati) Ci avete conquistato con la bellezza della Vostra terra ma anche con l’affetto!!! Speriamo di tornare presto a trovarvi!!!! Special thanks to Mr. Sebastiano for the hospitality! Always polite and helpful. We spent some very pleasant days at the B&B Maia House! We have also been noticed from all over the country with great affection and we thank everyone (the staff of the creperie, the Franco bar who conquered us with its granitas and cannoli, all those who worked for the Italian Twirling championships, all the restaurants or frequented shops) You won us over with the beauty of your land but also with affection !!! Nel mio caso ho usufruito dell'attico che in pratica è un piccolo appartamento equipaggiato di tutto ciò che può servire. Meraviglioso il terrazzino con tavolo e sedie per stare un po' all aria aperta. La vista non è un granché perché occultata da altre abitazioni ma si riesce comunque a vedere uno scorcio di mare meraviglioso. Il proprietario una persona meravigliosa I spent only one night in this b & b but to call it b & b is an understatement. In my case I made use of the attic which in practice is a small apartment equipped with everything that can be used. The small terrace with table and chairs is wonderful to be outdoors. The view is not that great because it is hidden by other houses but you can still see a glimpse of the wonderful sea. The owner is a wonderful person
B	Biagio Lucchese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiorno della notte del 25/09, struttura mediocre situata in una palazzina con due rampe di scale molto ripide, non adatto a disabili. Interni molto datati, in particolar modo il bagno, fuori stanza, non menzionato sul sito, con una vasca da bagno vetusta, con una misera tendina che non copre neanche metà vasca. Bidè anch'esso vetusto con copiosa perdita di acqua, praticamente a ogni uso ci siamo ritrovati con i piedi bagnati. Mini frigo talmente mini che nonostante decantato dal proprietario, conteneva a malapena qualche bottiglietta. Ma la vera chicca è stata l'indomani mattina: concordato con il proprietario la colazione in camera per le ore 9.00, proveniente da un bar esterno , ancora alle 9.15 non vedendo arrivare il suddetto proprietario con la colazione in questione, provvedevamo a contattarlo per chiarimenti. La risposta era che aveva avuto un problema con l'auto e quindi non sarebbe potuto arrivare in tempi brevi, il tutto senza però degnarsi di avvisare noi, che svegli dalle 8.00 in attesa della colazione, ci vedevamo arrivare il proprietario alle 0re 10.00 passate con una "scarsa e striminzita" colazione, portata in due sacchettini di carta, che di igienico non avevano nulla, semplicemente con un "scusate ma la colpa non è mia". Una scusa davvero banale e non adatta da un gestore di B&b. Conclusione: delusione massima e non consigliato!... Night stay of 25/09, mediocre property located in a building with two flights of very steep stairs, not suitable for the disabled. Very dated interior, especially the bathroom, outside the room, not mentioned on the website, with an outdated bathtub, with a poor curtain that does not even cover half of the bathtub. Bidet also old with copious loss of water, practically every use we found ourselves with wet feet. Mini fridge so mini that despite praised by the owner, it barely contained a few bottles. But the real gem was the next morning: breakfast in the room was agreed with the owner for 9.00 am, coming from an external bar, still at 9.15 am not seeing the aforementioned owner arrive with the breakfast in question, we proceeded to contact him for clarification. . The answer was that he had had a problem with the car and therefore would not have been able to arrive quickly, all without deigning to notify us, who awake from 8.00 am waiting for breakfast, we saw the owner arrive at 0re 10.00 passed with a "poor and skimpy" breakfast, brought in two paper bags, which had nothing of a toilet paper, simply with a "sorry but it's not my fault". A really trivial and unsuitable excuse from a B & b manager. Conclusion: maximum disappointment and not recommended! ...
