Fatiscente, trascurato, noi ci siamo fermati solo per una notte fortunatamente... non potevo riscaldare nemmeno il latte a mia figlia. It is not as good as in the photos and for what it is taken it is not worth it. Dilapidated, neglected, we stopped only for one night fortunately ... I couldn't even heat my daughter's milk.

M	Mario Iaquinta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&B appena fuori il centro di Villapiana Lido: ne risulta un ambiente molto tranquillo ma al tempo stesso abbastanza vicino alle attività locali e al lungomare. La camera che ho avuto era spaziosa e comoda, arredata spartanamente ma personalmente è una cosa che preferisco: l'essenziale, ma fatto bene; con ventilatore a soffitto e climatizzatore e due bagni proprio accanto. Il proprietario è sempre stato gentile e disponibile, poi dietro la casa c'è un piccolo orticello con alcuni conigli: insomma, l'ideale per una vacanza tranquilla, proprio quello che cercavo. Lontano dal trambusto di una località turistica molto frequentata nel periodo estivo, ma a pochi minuti di macchina da qualunque servizio. Io nel complesso mi sono trovato molto bene. Gli unici appunti, ma di poco conto, riguardano la ferrovia che passa lì vicino (ma questo è un problema che si presenta anche in altre zone di Villapiana - e comunque passa praticamente un treno al giorno) e la colazione, che non si fa nella struttura ma in un bar lì vicino. Questo può essere un po' fastidioso per chi ha "bioritmi mattutini" ben consolidati, ma in fondo non è affatto un problema insormontabile. B & B just outside the center of Villapiana Lido: the result is a very quiet yet close enough to local activities and boardwalk. The room I had was spacious and comfortable, furnished spartanamente but personally I prefer it: the essential, but done well; with ceiling fan and air conditioning and two bathrooms right next door. The owner has always been friendly and helpful, and behind the house there is a small garden with some rabbits: in short, ideal for a quiet holiday, just what I wanted. Far from the hustle and bustle of a very popular tourist resort in the summer, but just a few minutes drive from any service. I found myself very well overall. The only notes, but minor, concerning the railroad that passes nearby (but this is a problem that occurs even in other Villapiana areas - and still goes pretty much a train a day) and breakfast, which is not done in structure but in a nearby bar. This can be a bit 'annoying to those who have "biorhythms morning" well-established, but basically it is not an insurmountable problem.

Volevo farmi un caffè, ma èinpronunciabile quello che ho trovato nella macchinetta, qualcosa di ammuffito da anni. Niente colazione (è la prima volta che mi capita nella mia vita, ma forse è stato un bene). Posate erano ancora crespe dei vecchi alimenti, così come i piatti proprio perché lavati malissimo o forse solo passati sotto la fontana. Il braccio doccia era riparato con nastro adesivo così come il piatto doccia. Per me la pulizia è l'unica cosa importante, quindi non voglio giudicare altro perchépoteva trovarsi anche nel posto più bello del mondo, ma senza pulizia il soggiorno vale meno di zero. To be avoided, cleaning is optional even during the covid. I wanted to make myself a coffee, but what I found in the machine is unpronounceable, something that has been moldy for years. No breakfast (it's the first time this has happened to me in my life, but maybe it was good). Cutlery was still crispy from the old foods, as were the dishes because they were badly washed or perhaps just passed under the fountain. The shower arm was fixed with tape as well as the shower tray. For me cleanliness is the only important thing, so I don't want to judge anything else because it could also be in the most beautiful place in the world, but without cleanliness the stay is worth less than zero.
