Ci hanno proposto una stanza li in struttura e una in un’altra! Inoltre ci hanno chiesto la conferma immediata con fretta proprio per evitare questa situazione! Scortesissima! Bad service! V	Valentina Ciccia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura non molto lontana dal centro, ben ubicata e posto tranquillo. Bnb carino e ben arredato. Nonostante ciò letti scomodi, vecchi e da CAMBIARE. MANCANZA di finestra in bagno e la ventola non è abbastanza per togliere gli odori del bagno. Ho soggiornato solo 1 notte ed è stato molto scomodo il letto. Pulizia non eccellente dato che c'era polvere ed io che sono allergica ho avuto asma per tutta la notte. Colazione sufficiente. Ma da migliorare. Host gentile e disponibile. Comunque per 1 notte va bene. Ma non vi aspettate niente di che. Structure not far from the center, well located and quiet. Nice and well decorated bnb. C	Cryza71 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato attraverso Booking pagando anticipatamente e subito dopo vengo contattata dalla proprietaria la quale riferisce di non avere posto per noi. Contestualmente ricevo una mail di "conferma" della prenotazione da parte della direzione del B&B con annesso un messaggio che attraverso il quale asseriva di non avere più posto. Faccio presente telefonicamente alla proprietaria che mi contatta che se non aveva posto non doveva "confermare" la prenotazione perché in questo modo booking non mi avrebbe restituito l'importo pagato. Nonostante ciò non vengo ascoltata. Veniamo lasciati senza un posto dove dormire di sabato sera e per questo ci tocca trovare un altra sistemazione di fortuna. Per rientrare in possesso del mio denaro ho dovuto fare raclami a Booking ed a Pay Pal. Accertato che il codice del consumo è la giurisprudenza prevede che in caso di "overbooking" è la struttura che dovrebbe trovare una sistemazione alternativa a proprio carico, reputo NON proprio corretto aver confermato la prenotazione con un messaggio allegato che riferiva di non poter ospitarci e soprattutto essere lasciati per strada di sabato sera nel mese di giugno. Booking mi ha rimborsato senza nessun risarcimento accessorio. Difficoltà con la prenotazione che telefonicamente prevedeva un accordo subito modificato in presenza. Disguido caratterizzato anche dai modi a dir poco sgradevoli della responsabile. SCONSIGLIATO Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo prenotato telefonicamente due camere, arrivati in struttura ci è stato detto che solo una delle due camere da noi prenotate era disponibile, mentre l’altra sarebbe stata disponibile ma in una struttura distante. Ovviamente noi un po’ perplessi abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni per cercare di capire come mai improvvisamente una delle nostre camere non fosse più disponibile, la risposta della responsabile è stata “a mezzanotte è stata prenotata su Booking quindi non posso farci nulla e poi voi non avete nemmeno pagato ancora” ovviamente con molta arroganza e presunzione, senza nemmeno scusarsi del disguido, ci tengo a precisare che telefonicamente la signora ci aveva detto che potevamo pagare direttamente in struttura al momento del check-in.!Fatto sta che siamo andati via. Potrà anche essere una struttura carina, ma i modi scortesi e l’arroganza fanno scappare via i clienti. Assolutissimamente sconsigliato! BAD EXPERIENCE !! Abbiamo prenotato telefonicamente 2 camere… ci è stata richiesta l’immediata conferma in modo da poter bloccare le camere e non andare in overbooking… con tanto di conferma scritta su whatsapp! Arriviamo a destinazione e la proprietaria ci avvisa che c’è un disguido con le camere… una camera era disponibile ma l’altra poteva darcela in un’altra struttura…non avendo bloccato la camera ha ricevuto un’altra prenotazione! Per niente corretta e pure scortese! La scusa era che per la nuova prenotazione c’era stato il pagamento anticipato, invece noi pagavamo in struttura!! Che si tenga la sua prenotazione! Subito rimpiazzata con un altro hotel! Not reliable !!
